I've started just to pump 3-4 times a day, when I wake up 6-7 am, a mid day around 2-3pm, an evening around 6-7pm, and before bed around 9-10pm. Sometimes the evening is skipped depending on the business of the day (ie if I have to work late, run errands, etc)
