What do you do with your stained baby clothes?

I have a few baby clothing items that are stained beyond repair. What do you guys do with stained or damaged clothes?

Do you have any craft ideas? Other than a quilt?

Hmm... If there's enough fabric maybe use the material as background in a shadow box? Or you could put strips of different fabrics around a big letter for LOs name?

I think I still plan on keeping them, next baby can wear them (at home). Maybe use them as rags after? lol. We don't really have anything super stained, but he also wears a ton of dark blue clothing

I haven't had any stains yet. But I'm a little crazy about laundry. As soon as Lo either gets poop or food on his clothes I spray with shout. Poop I rinse first, then shout, then wash in hot water. Sorry I guess you didn't ask how to get stains out.

ninergirl52 I will have to look into Shout. I've been using Oxiclean Baby to soak after rinsing the poop stained.

ninergirl52 Haha I use the Shout too. It has saved many items from terrible poop stains! But when we went out of town for the weekend, I didn't have it with me and I didn't do laundry at the hotel or anything. So I ended up with a couple things with giant up-the-back poop stains.

So far I've just been using them as home clothes, but I thought it would be fun to make something out of them. spiraltheory, I love the taggie blanket idea! That would be really easy and cute.

My H wants me to save them for rags. Of course we have many poopy stains, but the problem with many of the hand me downs is a ring around the collar stain. That one gets me, I'd its bad, it's a goner! We have baby-ganics stain spray, that after soaking has worked pretty well for most of our stains.
