Amazing Salmon Recipe!

For those who love salmon or don't love salmon, but want an easy, healthy dinner idea...

I tried this on a whim last week and loved it!  I usually default to Mr. Yoshida's teriyaki sauce baked salmon with white rice (which is delicious by the way), but I found this ranch recipe that is AMAZING! My H is not a big fan of the fishy taste of salmon, but he loved this, so I thought I'd pass it along. We had it with rice and steamed broccoli. It doesn't really explain what to do with the lemon wedges, so I squeezed some on the fish before baking and then again right before I served it and it turned out great! Enjoy!

I'm going to have to try that. I used to like salmon but after a food aversion when I was pregnant with Shane I never fully got my taste for fish back.
