The good- I am in love with the bikini body mommy workouts. I even paid the extra $2 so I can get the ab series. I didn't think I would love it so much so I didn't take initial measurements but based on some old measurements (which I'm pretty sure hadn't changed) I've lost 4 inches! The not so good- I'm still not really losing weight. I'm eating better, but not perfect, and exercising quite a bit more I would expect a little more weight loss. Motivation- I really want to be fit and healthy. You only get one body and I want to do what I can to keep it healthy. Breakfast- I eat breakfast every day the ones that keep me full longest are either oatmeal with fruit or fiber one raisin cluster cereal. It's the only cereal that fills me up.

How's it going this week?
1. What's good? Eating less, walking more. I had a reallygood Neurologist Appt. We have a new strategy for my remaining headaches that are kicking my butt so hopefully!!! this will kick them finally. I love that she is so proactive. 2. Not so good? Still not losing weight, still depressed about that factor. 3. What is motivating you? I have a wedding now to go to in a few months and I don't want to be the biggest one in pics. 4. GTKY do you eat breakfast every day? What is your go to healthy breakfast? Varies. I do egg white on english muffin or greek yogurt with a piece of fruit later. Sometimes a fiber bar on the commute if I'm dying. I should really do more prep or take more time for it, but It's not something I ever sit down and do. Ever. This would be a very very hard habit to change for me.

For the past 2 weeks I've had a Shakeology shake in the morning. I blend a scoop with ice, water, and a little stevia. It tastes similar to a Wendy's Frosty, just a little more chocolaty. Eliza insists I share with her every morning. If I don't have that then I have scrambled eggs and strawberries.
1. What's good? I ran 3 miles yesterday without walking at all! I was so proud of myself. 2. Not so good? The giant cupcake that I ate yesterday (though it tasted very good) 3. What is motivating you? I have another 5k next month and this one is going to have a ton more people and faster runners. 4. GTKY do you eat breakfast every day? What is your go to healthy breakfast? I eat breakfast most days. I did not yesterday because life got in the way. My go to healthy breakfast is two hard boiled egg whites and a bowl of watermelon.
