Those look fine and the price is way nicer than you'd be seeing if you went to places that specialize in western wear, like Boot Barn or Cavenders.
The price is awesome. She picked a pretty expensive bridesmaid dress so I'm trying to cut corners with the boots and find some reasonably priced that don't look too cheap.
I was just recently the MOH in a wedding where all the bridesmaids wore short dresses (mint) and brown cowgirl boots. I think the ones you picked are cute and you could wear them again.

Buy whatever boots you will actually wear again, and do not show them to her unless she asks. Wear them the day of, and she will have 80,000 other things to worry about and she probably won't notice at all.
Cowboy boots and mini dresses go hand in hand where I live (although, my town hosts the largest country music festival in the area...). I think the boots you picked out are super cute and match the dress well (plus they don't really look like cowboy boots).
Cowboy boots with short bridesmaid dresses are very popular where I live (I didn't do it, but constantly see pictures) so as long as the wedding is outside and the venue is something that would go along with cowboy boots I think most any will do.
As for those particular boots, they're NMS, but I think those look good with the dress. The dark boot and the bright dress will go good together.
The wedding is in a church and the reception is in a standard reception hall. But I'm sure photos will be done outside since there is a very nice park across the street from the church.
I'm with PPs. Indoor church wedding should not have short dresses and cowboy boots. It's her wedding so she can do what she wants, but what's the reason she wants cowboy boots. Maybe I missed it somewhere.

She and the soon to be husband love all things country. It's a "country chic" wedding even tho it's indoors. Self proclaimed rednecks. Don't love in the country.
That's the summary of how I explained it earlier lol.
I'm just like whatever dude it's your wedding. But I'm gonna hunt for cheap boots that have potential to be worn again because I am soooooo not into the country thing.

I like the boots you picked but she seriously is crazy pairing a dress like that with cowboy boots. I would not ever put boots with a dress made of that material.
