my breast friend twin pillow vs. twin z nursing pillow

I'm starting to seriously purchase twin products because all of a sudden I feel crazy stressed that my twins are coming earlier than thought. 

I know the my breast friend twin pillow is liked but has anyone used a twin z pillow? +s and -s of the two?

I'd like to know too. I'm debating between the two of them. I'm kinda leaning towards the twin z pillow only because if for whatever reason breastfeeding doesn't work out, the pillow would still be useful for bottle feedings or tummy time.

I still use my My Brestfriend Twin pillow at nearly 11m now. It is nice and sturdy, I nurse tandem with football holds.

Thanks ladies! That's the tricky part for me. I hear such great things about the my breast friend twin pillow but the z pillow has so many other uses as well.

Not that it helps much, but in a couple months I can let you know how I like the twin Z. I also figured I would like the multi-purpose aspect.

I found a pillow is one more thing to deal with when tandem nursing. I just cradle one and football the other and prop my legs up on the ottoman so my arms don't get tired. I don't know if that makes sense. I had a boppy that I haven't used since DS1 and I got a free nursing pillow from the hospital after having the twins that I think is just ridiculous but I can't think of the name of it. It's square.

I actually have both. And I really like the twin z pillow. My breastfriend is nice and I like the pocket for holding things when your stuck on the couch nursing. I like how the twin z pillow has several options not just for nursing.

I got a good deal on twin z pillow on zulily and then got a MBF twin at my shower, so I have both. I plan to keep one in the nursery and one in my bedroom (depending on which I prefer) and have found having 2 pillows to be convenient for me. I didn't really use my boppy for nursing DS1 but I did like using it for propping him up and other things and enjoyed having 2 pillows on different sides of the house.
