I Know it's Not Monday, but I Want to Meal Prep Anyway!

I'm gonna share a "healthy" dessert recipe

Tues: Hot & Spicy Smoked Sausages with Lemon Garlic Aioli, Grilled Corn and Asparagus
Wed: Chicken and Quinoa Stuffed Peppers with Guacamole
Thurs: Salmon with Grilled Squash and Salad
Fri: Spaghetti with Gluten-free Pasta and Broccoli and Cheese
Sat: Chicken Wings, Gluten-free mac and Cheese, and Vegetable Kabobs (Zucchini, Mushroom, and Onions)
Sun: Steak with Baked Potato and Salad

The Aldis I shop at had some new gluten-free products so I decided to give them a try... I hope they aren't gross

Tues- Burgers
Wed- DD2s birthday! Friends over for tacos and cake.
Thursday-Spaghetti or chicken parmesan or Cincinnati chili, undecided
Friday- Chicken tenders and Mac n cheese
Saturday- Pizza
Sunday-grill something

I can't meal plan too precisely as it is up in the air where I will be on any given day (and always last minute, so almost everything needs to be flexible and minimal prep). Here is the sort-of plan:

Yesterday: had a huge and somewhat late lunch, so we just snacked on some fruit
T: I have a migraine and am starting to get the queasy feeling with it, so LO will likely get a grilled turkey melt and fresh fruit and veggies
W: teriyaki chicken stir fry over fried brown rice
Th: red and white sauce over ravioli
F: BLTs, watermelon if we have any left
Sa: beef tips over pasta
Su: ? ? ?

Edit: I always forget "? ? ?" without the spaces becomes a face.

Monday: Braised short ribs with cream cheese polenta
Tuesday: Leftovers. DH had a tuna melt with creamy tomato soup. I had shepherds pie and garlic cheese bread
Wednesday: Chicken Corn chowder
Thursday: Hamburgers, house salad
Friday: Steak, baked potato
Saturday: TBD
Sunday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes

Yikes! Not much meal planning going on here this week. I feel so disorganized when I don't have a plan.

Monday: burgers/homemade vegan black bean burgers on the grill.

Tuesday:leftovers

Wednesday: DH is out, so probably oatmeal. Or maybe I'll actually cook for myself.

Thursday-Sunday: in-laws are here. We'll probably go out a couple times, make burgers/brats/black bean burgers one night, and I'll have a pack of chicken and some Italian sausage on hand in case we stay in and cook here.
