I know, it really sucks. It's honestly the hardest thing I've ever gone through. Just take it one day at a time.
I'm pretty new here too, but welcome! It sounds like we are coming from similar situations - I have a history of depression, and more recently anxiety and panic (for which I just started meds). I am also experiencing IF. It is the worst and most traumatic experience of my life, hands down. I hope your testing goes well and that your experience with IF is short lived. Either way, if you need support, I can probably relate to your experiences so feel free to reach out!

I'm sorry you've found yourself here too, but happy to be a Support. This board has been great for that. Very encouraging. I too, suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. I hope you find some relief and ll the very best wishes as you deal with your testing.
