I'm seeing a new RE tomorrow, exactly 2 months after my last Failed Embryo Transfer (which is what FET means for me). I am just as sad, depressed, angry and resentful why treatment seems to be successful for everyone but me. My fear is that there is nothing wrong in my uterus and no real reason for why I have struck out 3 times. I am a medical professional and I have never seen a treatment for any condition that is 100% successful.
I know one step at a time but I seriously wonder if I will even endure another FET if I have no explanation for all my failures. If that makes me a quitter, then so be it. I'll be 38 this summer and I cannot keep making TTC the focus of my life.
Formerly MoFree on the other board. TTC since 2008 Diagnosis of Severe MFI 3-2009 IVF#1 Nov 2011, BFP DD born @31 weeks gestation, 6-24-12 FET#1, Nov 2013,, BFN FET#2, Feb 2014, BFN Freeze only cycle with PGD August 2014 FET #3 another BFN FET canceled due to cysts FET #4 Dec 2015, BFP Baby Boy born 8-28-16 via VBAC
You are NOT a quitter and no one looks at you that way. You've endured so much and at one point you just have to say enough is enough! GL tomorrow. I hope you get the answers you are looking for.
Good luck tomorrow. Try not to be negative yet... maybe the new RE will find something s/he can treat. Maybe a fresh set of eyes and tests will be just the thing.
And if you decide after meeting with this RE that you need to move on from TTC, that's okay. You have to keep on living. Hugs.

If you walk away from treatment, you are not a quitter! You have given it your all, and when you feel that you are ready to be done, it's ok to be done. Only you know what is right for your body.
I do hope that this new RE will bring some new ideas to the table. Hear what he has to say with an open mind and then really think about it. Lots of hugs.
You are not a quitter, three in a row is a lot to deal with physically and emotionally! I hope the new RE has some answers and some ideas with how to move forward from here to bring you success next time!
