Mine already changed from the plan I had as of yesterday. I think I broke my microwave ("think" because I am questioning the seal of the door since I felt something move a little when I was carrying it), so that is making things even more up in the air than they were already going to be. Here is the tentative plan...
Tonight: leftover burgers, leftover cheesy hash brown bake, watermelon T: leftover meatless red and white sauce over cheese ravioli W: BLTs and/or grilled turkey melts, watermelon, and something else that is TBD Th: beef tips over pasta F: summer sausage, sides TBD Sa: grilled brats and/or chicken (maybe Jamaican rum chicken, but not sure yet), loaded sliced potatoes on the grill Su: depends on how some things play out over the next couple of days

So we have cut out gluten here (mostly because all the gluten we like is processed or sugary) and we aren't doing most dairy (I just can't get rid of cheese but the rest has too much sugar. I never did cow boob juice but it has been a big change for DH). Overall it is easier than I thought it was going to be, especially because it is the time of year for fresh, local produce! And my local Aldi has lots of gluten-free options (like pasta) for when we need something quick and comforting Rambling aside, I am trying to move my shopping day to coincide with our local farmer's market, so I haven't meal planned yet.... Mon: Leftovers Tues: Stuffed Burgers (bunless) with Baked Homemade Fries Wed: Grilled Chicken Salad Thurs: Brats with Potato Salad and Grilled Corn Fri: Grilled Chicken with Fried Squash and Green Pea Salad Sat: Out to Eat Sun: Steak, Baked Potato, and whatever wonderful vegetables I discover at the Farmer's Market
Last night: corn cakes w/black bean and orange salsa Tuesday: cheesy chicken and rice probably some veggie too Wednesday: black bean quesadillas w/warm corn salsa Thursday: chicken and root veggie pot pie Friday: tuna pasta salad Saturday: welsh rarebit (cheesy toast for my son because he doesn't like onions) Sunday: oatmeal crusted chicken tenders and sweet potato fries
