It's been a long time

I'm really sorry I haven't been around lately. I hope everyone is doing good. 

My 16 year old is doing as good as can be. She's got a couple of job interviews and she's got a boyfriend which is her universe at the moment. She's going into the 11th grade next year and her 17th birthday is coming up at the end of July. Typical teenager stuff. Much, much better than last year. I'm so glad my family survived everything that happened last year. At first I wasn't so sure but we made it. My husband and I are much closer now since we're able to weather the storm we feel like we've accomplished so much. My toddler is being a toddler, you know the kind. She makes me so happy, and she's so smart too. I've been TTC since July of last year so we're almost at our 1 year mark and my cycles are finally starting to become more regular after baby & Mirena. 

I'll try not to be a stranger. It's been so crazy lately. I'm trying to find a different job and I've been so busy with work, housework, and the kids. I hope you all have a great rest of your week.

I've been wondering what you were up to. I've been really busy myself with DS home full-time for summer break and a lot of other things. I still try to check-in once or twice a week, though. Glad things are heading in a positive direction for you! You certainly have had a lot on your plate.
