How are you feeling this week? Feeling a good mix of ready to be done and don't want it to be over yet.
What is your biggest fear? I'm worried about going from 2 kids to 3 kids and how I'm going to make it all work. I am also worried about not having this baby on my own by my due date. The perinatologist doesn't want me to go past my due date.
What are you most excited about? Meeting my squish! Finally knowing I'd it's a boy or a girl, getting to finally know which name to call it (Lucy or Logan). Also seeing if it will be my first child to get my brown eyes or if it will have the same sky blue eyes as my other two kiddos!
What are you craving? Pineapple, chocolate and all carbs.
One random thing... I almost forgot to knit a hat for this baby. I have knitted a hat for each of my children to be worn as their first hat or their going home hat. It makes me wonder how much this one is going to have that happen where it didn't get the same things or experiences as its sister and brother because we are just so busy. But I don't doubt that this baby will feel loved and be happy.
Feeling- a little antsy... Being 37 weeks tomorrow for some reason feels like a really small milestone and birth feels forever away. I really need to find some way to distract myself for the next three weeks!
Biggest fear- honestly I'm having kind of a scared week regarding labor in general. And then I'm just scared of making the leap from one child to two!
Most excited about- HOLDING THIS ANGEL BABY. I love her so much already, it's ridiculous. I didn't feel this much bonding with my son pre-birth, I think just simply because I didn't know myself yet as "mom" and the thought kinda freaked me out. Now I am ready to be this girl's mama and I want to snuggle her RIGHT NOW.
Craving- at this particular moment, chocolate Cheerios, which thank goodness I have in the pantry!
Random- I'm being an AW right now and needing you all to see this beautiful child who is still letting me lounge in bed past 8 this morning. (Thank you God!) Unfortunately I have to get out of bed ASAP to pee and go eat some of those chocolate Cheerios. But I am cherishing these moments with my boy!
What is your EDD? 6/25 but my C-section is scheduled for 6/15 Team Pink, Blue, or Green? Team Green twins How are you feeling this week? I'm feeling more uncomfortable and anxious this week then I have for weeks. What is your biggest fear? I can't even discuss it. What are you most excited about? Meeting my babies! G-dwilling. What are you craving? Feta cheese. I have a list of foods I want they I haven't eaten during pregnancy that I plan to send in a document to all family members lol. One random thing... I never ever thought I'd be cooking these babies for so long! Thank G-d!
What is your EDD? Tomorrow! Team Pink, Blue, or Green? Team Green How are you feeling this week? Nervous. Ready one second, not ready another. What is your biggest fear? Every time I don't feel the baby for a period of time, I'm scared something has gone wrong. I almost just want the baby to be out so I can keep an eye on him/her and make sure they are safe. What are you most excited about? Completing our family and finalizing our name choice. Also, baby wearing!! What are you craving? Mini peppermint patties-so random. One random thing... A lot of my stalking of the birth announcement thread is to see the names people have chosen. I send the names as they roll in to my best friend and we discuss them. Maybe I should save this as a FFFC?

What is your EDD? 6/2 Team Pink, Blue, or Green? Team Green How are you feeling this week? Still having tons of contractions, nausea, and as of last night I think I'm having back labor, because I'm getting back pain during the contractions. What is your biggest fear? At this point, I'm really concerned that I'm not going to make it to the hospital because as it is the contractions are only 2-3 minutes apart. They just don't last longer than 3 hours. I'm not going to the hospital until I know they're sticking around, but by that point, who knows if I'll get there. What are you most excited about? The baby What are you craving? Nothing One random thing - When I came into work today, my secretary had moved her giant yoga ball into my office. I thought maybe it was a hint. Except when she came in she told me it was because she didn't think I'd be in today because surely I'd have the baby last night. Thanks for rubbing it in!

EDD - June 16th (38+1)
Team - Green
Currently feeling... I swing between ready, focused, positive and prepared to scared, negative, and unconvinced I can actually do this.
Biggest fear - even the tiny 5lb babies look so big! I know our bodies are made to do this but I think I'm either going to suprise myself and get into the zone or I'm going to panic and fall apart.
Most looking forward to... walking down our garden path with the car seat and saying "welcome home baby"
Random - my SO is away in Madrid for a stag do for the next 4 nights and my sisters (my other birth partners) are on the hen do over 3 hours away all weekend too. Baby cannot come untill Monday!

What is your EDD? 6/24 but dear GOD let it happen before then...
Team Pink, Blue, or Green? I'm having a girl and I've never once referred to it as being team pink... I don't know why. I don't hate on pink, I just don't like the team blue pink green thing for no reason I can figure.
How are you feeling this week? Happy, in tons of pain, antsy, in need of distraction, DONE.
What is your biggest fear? Having to wait until or *shudder* past my due date to give birth..
What are you most excited about? Meeting my little girl, snuggling her, and seeing SO with her. I really can't wait to see him hold her. I think I'm gonna burst with love in that moment.
What are you craving? Nothing in particular really. I want salt, then I want fruit, then I want fat, then I want veggies, then I want carbs. Then I want to barf.
One random thing... I'm working on a painting craft for the nursery this week to distract myself from feeling like poo and I can't wait to AW it here I can't show anybody else besides SO because it has baby girls name on it and we're not revealing IRL until she's born!

periwinkledaydreams I actually agree with the whole team green/pink/blue thing. The only time I have ever referred to it as that is on here, but IRL no way.
billyhorrible I have been the same way with the contractions each night 2-3 min apart for about 3 hours. Active labor doesn't normally start out like that you should have plenty of time. Now that being said sometimes it does go quick but it will likely be pretty intense and you would know that it's the real thing. As for the back pain. A lot of the time that is caused by baby being in an unfavorable position. The baby's back should be facing out towards your bellybutton or to the left. So you would feel very little movement or movement on the right side. Check out spinningbabies.com or just start doing a lot of hands and knees cat/cow positions. Also lunges can help get baby into a good position which also could help trigger labor.

sugarbean17 I was up all night a couple weekends ago because of the contractions, so I read allllll about prodromal labor, which also says it's usually caused by the baby's positioning. LBB was spine to spine, so I thought that could be the issue, but this one doesn't seem to be. Still switching from side to side, but spine on right or left. Then again, the back stuff just started last night, so who knows. Although I did move to hands/knees so DH could do counter pressure.
The contractions are causing enough dilation that I have an irrational fear I won't actually go in to labor, I'll just hit 10 and the baby will fall out! I don't think it helps that all the STMs in our circle didn't make it into the hospital room....had their babies in hallways, wheelchairs, waiting rooms, etc. As one friend told me, she walked around 5-6cm for weeks, at her 40 week appt the doctor just stripped her membranes, sent her to the hospital, and she sneezed out the baby.
What is your EDD? 6/25...37 weeks tomorrow but please, please let him come before that
Team Pink, Blue, or Green? Blue
How are you feeling this week? Uncomfortable, swollen so swollen, starting to really suck at sleep. And decided that this is my last week of work. Getting the Dr's note tomorrow
What is your biggest fear? Something going terribly wrong obviously...but aside from that I'm scared of labor in general because I don't know what to expect or how to really tell if I'm in labor.
What are you most excited about? Being this little guy's mommy, seeing who he looks like, and being able to roll over again.
What are you craving? A milkshake but the line at Chick-fil-A was too long and I had to pee so no milkshake today.
One random thing...I just cleaned up my lady bits. I took the full length mirror from our bedroom and put it in front of the shower so I could see what I was doing. Why didn't I think of that sooner!?
My final ticker change! EDD is June 11 but baby is arriving tomorrow at 39+1 Team Blue I'm feeling great! Today I wrapped up work and shut down early, went and got a mani/pedi/eyebrow wax (have to look good when baby meets his mommy!) and DH and I are going to spend our final night at home just hanging out. I'm excited to meet him and see who he looks like! Mostly I just want to hear his sweet cry and the doctor tell me he's healthy. I'm craving all things tuna! Tuna fish sandwich, ahi tuna and sushi rolls! And a beer. One random thing... Is I weirdly think I'm going to miss work these 3 months. I love my job and it is hard for me to let go. I'm sure this will wear off once I have my LO in my arms though!
