Weekly Check-In Week 6/1

Please state your diagnosis and/or status: Panic disorder without agoraphobia, general anxiety disorder
How is your week going? Not sure. I've been going through a lot of health things and I'm unsure if they're panic related or not. That's what makes panic so icky I guess. I ended up going to the emergency room on Friday and getting a few things worked up but they couldn't tell my why the whole left side of my body is tingling, but at least it's not an emergency. I guess we move on to see if it's neurological.
Any struggles or accomplishments you would like to share?
struggle wise, I've been pretty bad. My health issues have made it hard to focus at work. I'm at least proud that I've been talking myself down during anxiety a lot better and I haven't taken a day off. I've worked through it. Also, I just started trying meditation from someone's recommendation for Headspace. It made me fall asleep, but that in itself is a good thing.
Any changes in medication or recent appointments?
Appointment on Monday afternoon. Currently been off meds for over one week since I had a bad time with Zoloft. We'll see what the doctor says on Monday.
GTKY: What traits in others are you attracted to? Intelligence and humor. A great combo. And the ability to laugh at one's self. I am not too serious of a person.
