Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Pretty Little Liars are the only ones on my list at the moment! My recommendations for others are Parenthood, Scandal, The Good Wife, Friday Night Lights.
Definitely following since I'm planning on taking 4 weeks off of work before babies are supposed to arrive!
Little Slick - fell in love 6/26/12, a forever family 11/26/12, finally home 12/6/12! The moment I really became a mama: mrs-slick.blogspot.com/2013/01/mama.html

I second Squishy622's suggestions of FNL and Scandal. FNL was what I binge watched after Sugar was born and Hubby enjoyed it too. "Texas forever." And there are no words for those who haven't seen Scandal. Probably the best tv show I have ever seen in my life. Every single actor in it is amazing, IMO. I can't even hate the villains because the acting is so damn good. I need to get caught up on the last season of Pretty Little Liars, but I'm also going to need to follow this thread for ideas. The only suggestions I might have are Hart of Dixie (cheesy as hell, but so funny), Bones, Castle, Mistresses (cheesy/soap opera acting, but DRAMA for days)... I'll have to keep thinking.
ETA: American Horror Story is really good too, as long as you're into the scary/creepy stuff. First and second seasons were the scary ones. Third season wasn't scary at all. Still haven't seen the fourth, but circuses freak me out, so I'm not sure I will.
I'm on the last season on Gilmore Girls. I watch it on my iPad when I'm doing dishes/kitchen chores so DD & DH don't have to suffer through the show. A friend just told me her mom calls GG "Chatty Cathys". I was like "yup, pretty much".
I didn't watch Parenthood, so I'm thinking that's my show during mat leave.
Also, TV related - is anyone else super sad that A Baby Story, Bringing Home Baby and Make Room for Multiples are no longer on TLC? I would DVR that show every day when I was KU'd with DD in 2011 and watch them every night. DH thought I was nuts!
ETA: for anyone who hasn't seen it: Arrested Development! The last season is weird, but still enjoyable. The first 3 are sofa king awesome! Also, Portlandia is really, really funny!
Warning for those planning to watch Parenthood: It's such a great series, but you will cry. Throughout the whole thing. I watched it as it came on, and I cried, not hormonal. I imagine it will be a little more intense on mat leave. I still highly recommend it though!!
Every single episode. It became a running joke in our house.
I am not sure what just yet but I have been having an urge to re-watch the west wing so that might end up on the lineup. House of cards and downtown abbey I have never seen so those are in the running.
+1. I mean, EVERY. SINGLE. EPISODE. It's as if they were my actual family.
+2. The writers were AMAZING.
+3. Seriously, cryfest.
Something I'm excited for, Hulu Plus will have the entire Seinfeld series I can't remember if it's June 24th or July 24th. Either way in time for nursing.
Bloodline on Netflix is amazing. The lead actor should have totally gotten an Emmy- I think he was nominated but didn't win. so good. Seriously have chills talking about it!

Agreed! My husband and I just got sucked into that show. I'm curious to see where the writers are going with all of the story lines.

I wish.... I will have both the newborn and almost 3 year old at home + I'm self employed and don't get any paid time off so I will be attempting to make some money as well.

I will be catching up on last season of Game of Thrones, Revenge, and Scandal, while juggling school work too! Maybe Big Bang that I missed and last season of American Horror Story.

I really need to catch up on vampire diaries, I think I'm like a season or two behind, but PLL is an excellent choice! Also anyone who has Netflix who has not watched Orange is the New Black, get on that! And MTV I recommend Awkward. and a new season of Are you the one is coming out. Hopefully by the time I have her Ink Master and Face Off will be over otherwise they would be on my list too.
So far I have started watching: Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt Satisfaction Quantico I want to finish True Blood And I am excited for season 2 of The Royals, such a guilty pleasure show.
