Food and gift cards for food. A double stroller or double snap-n-go. Infant car seats - you can get away without an infant carrier for a singleton - but they are a must for multiples. Diapers and wipes.
I haven't had mine yet but we were so thankful so get any gifts off of our registry-- having two is twice the amount of items to buy, so any of the necessities that we didn't have to pay for was a huge relief. I'm also secretly hoping that visitors will bring food or snacks or even offer to drop by with iced coffee or something so that we don't have to worry about leaving to get stuff or cooking dinner that night.
Definitely yes the food! If you are close enough to her maybe organize one of those meal train things online, but set it up so that people are just dropping the food off not necessarily planning on staying to visit.

I would encourage her to join here too lol. Yes to the product recs and food! Gift cards for food, gifts of it, getting meals is hard once babies are here. We still struggle lol. Diapers also (with receipt to exchange if necessary?) or wipes. Went through a lot of wipes, and powered through 140 diapers a week probably in the early days.

The rock n plays have been absolutely invaluable to me. Since multiples are more prone to coming early or being small the safe boundaries seems to be really comforting to the little ones. It is also awesome for reflux and congested days. I am a serious convert.
Also a friend put together these organizing "boxes" for me as a place to store diapers, wipes, bibs, pacifiers, blankets and spare clothes. I have one in my den, one in my trunk, one at work, one at my inlaws and one at my grandparents house. They are a great way to have supplies without feeling like you are "junking up" rooms.
