Fell down ... Should I get checked?

This might be a little SS type question...I tripped and fell down last night and bumped my belly with the pet gate. Just below my ribs but still in upper baby territory. It hurt but not a lot (I had already slowed down when I hit it, because I was catching myself) and no bruise. I didn't think much of it but it's still sore this morning.
Baby is moving and I'm not contracting or bleeding so I think things are okay, but I just feel flustered by it.

My OB is on vacation this week so another doc is covering her deliveries and any checks would be trough the hospital so I'm hesitant to go unless necessary especially since I was just there this week for monitoring.

Should I call or am I over reacting?

Since baby is moving and I bleeding/contractions I'd say you're fine but just keep an eye on it.

Kind of how I felt about it and why I didn't call last night. I guess I'm only concerned about it because I'm still sore and I googled lol.

When I hurt my belly, my doctor said exactly what silv3rlining said. I would say to follow that, but it might make you feel better to call (it did for me).

You'd probably still be sore even if you feel like that when you weren't pregnant. I find I'm often more sore the day after I bump something. I think the other girls have good advice but you could always call and ask.

Yeah normally I wouldn't think anything of it but with it being my abdomen and being pregnant I just worried I wasn't reacting enough. Glad to know you ladies feel the same.
