I see mh tomorrow! I don't know how you do this all the time @ctgirl30. When mh is out of town, parenting is so much harder. I just texted him "can't wait for you to come home. I'm tired."

Pizza pops remind me of this conversation with my kid during a diaper change:
DD: I eat it! (laughs) Me: No, we don't eat poop DD: I eat poop! Me: No we do not. DD: Jack does. Jose does. (the sitter's dogs) Me: Well they are gross.

They are cheesier with less dough than a hot pocket. They also pre date hot pockets so that brand never did well here cause people wanted the filling. (people=kids)

Not breaking into the Titos tonight, but planning in tomorrow. Since I've never had it before, and I normally drink vodka soda, I need to know if this will work or if I need to change it up because it's Titos.

Also, my parents house is the most non-baby proofed house in the world. In the kitchen, there's a vintage sled standing up with vintage ice skates (hi, blades!) hanging from it NEXT TO a walk in fireplace with cast iron pots and pans hanging in it. I've saved my kid's life so many times today.

When you do it all the time, you get into a routine. I play the "go find your baby (enter every single stuffed animal we own"), we eat a lot of snacks, we walk around the yard "throwing" balls for the dog and I try to do at least a 30-40 minute walk/jog with the stroller and the dog.
Oh, and recently she's been obsessed with jungle animals, so YouTube clips are a savior when nothing else works.
MH has always traveled and we're going into his busy season. The combo of walking the dogs and being in someone else's house is killing me though.
