Um I bought lots of hamburger, chicken, a London broil, and pork steaks over the weekend. We ate out all weekend and I ordered pizza tonight. I'm just my feeling it. Maybe I'll get some inspiration too.

Tonight is sausage and spaetzels.
I don't have any ideas really for the rest of the week, tomorrow is my birthday so my husband is taking me out and Wednesday my family is taking me out.
Does anyone have any good rib recipes they want to share? I'm wanting some ribs but I'll admit I've never made them myself before.
forevermorgan, this week is all about quick meals with minimal prep and clean-up, but for ideas more in line with what you are looking for, lasagna, pretty much any casserole, etc. You could also cook something now to reheat later in the week (so basically leftovers except without eating it originally).
M: pizza T: BLT salads W: beef tips over pasta Th: brats, fresh fruit of some sort, cucumber salsa F: chicken on the grill (flavor TBD), potato medley Sa: jambalaya with turkey sausage Su: leftovers
I've been starting to get a few things prepared for baby. I've been making and freezing meatballs and hamburger patties. They are usually easy to thaw and then DH can throw burgers on the grill and we can spaghetti and meatballs or meatball subs.
I've also picked up a couple marinades that we like and am freezing chicken breasts because baked chicken is usually a hit for the kids and minimal effort. And lots of those steam fresh frozen veggies that you can microwave in 6 minutes. But I'm lucky that my H is a great cook (much better than me) and dinner will probably improve while he's in charge.
No meal plan this week. DH is gone, so I have no motivation to plan and cook meals for just me. Tonight was pasta, chicken, and zucchini. I have more chicken, some canned tuna, and a pound of pork sausage, lots of salad, frozen veggies, pasta, and bread to go with them. I'm hoping the local farmer's market or the new grocery store that just opened nearby will have something fun I can make this weekend. I'm in a rut with cooking and I need some fresh ideas.
