My lo has started shivering (for lack of a better word) randomly over the past month or so. It is getting more frequent. Most of the time it is just a quick shiver (1-2 seconds) like he might have gotten a quick chill but last night as I was getting him out of the carseat. (When it was still almost 80 degrees) he had a prolonged (like 5-10 seconds) it was really weird but he seemed completely fine and was super smiley after. I am not sure if I should be concerned or if this is normal...I feel a little silly even asking this
If he is doing what I think he is doing, Liam does this a lot. Usually when we are taking him out of the car seat. I just assume he is just excited to get out of the car seat and wants to be out as quick as possible. Like a total body shake
I have never noticed my LO getting random shivers, but he does get really sweaty at times. I never really thought too much about it. Sometimes it is when he is breastfeeding, so body heat explains it. But sometimes it is much more random and harder to explain. Maybe at this age the body still struggles with temperature regulation from time to time?
Have you tried Google-ing? I know sometimes Google can be a dangerous thing in the ways it can cause unnecessary worrying, but I still tend to look up stuff like this.

Isaac kind of does this. When he gets really excited or annoyed, he balls up his fists and tenses up and shakes. Lol. He also grits his teeth while doing it.
