We have set up a handful of private boards based on needs of a few groups (such as the after abuse group). We have also done it for some of the G2G planning, and on request of a few BMBs. What sort of group are you thinking about

DoesItComeInPink, in order to get it set-up we need the following:
1. Name of board, most are just the letter and year (i.e. n13). 2. Password for board. 3. Password holder, this is usually best when it's a neutral party like a moderator.
So long as it is open to all active members of the BMB, yes we could do that
Someone asked what constitutes an active member for this purpose (they are worried about n00bs joining just to get in the private group)? Someone we know/recognize?
May 15 just went through this- basically if they've posted a good deal on your board, they're in. If a newb shows up and becomes an active and contributing member of the board, they're in.
