1 If you could live anywhere, where would it be? Out of the places I've been, I would pick Long Island, New York. Almost my entire side of my mom's family lives there and I visited every summer growing up. I always dreamed of moving there to live with all of my cousins but it never ended up happening. DH want's to work for NYPD, so maybe one day.

2 What is your biggest fear? Anything at all happening to my mother. It's weird because I'm out on my own with my own life, but I still would be lost in this world without her.

3 What really makes you angry? I work in customer service and I'm constantly having to let people down at my particular job. When they get angry at me and call me names and make a big deal, it gives me extreme anxiety. I get really upset and start shaking, I can't stop thinking about it after the incident. It's not the type of job for me.

4 What is your favorite thing about your career? My career is in my future when I finish school. This is no career

5 What is your biggest complaint about your job? I never knew how awful people could be towards you until I began working this job.

6 What is your proudest accomplishment? Keeping my GPA really high so far in college. I slacked off really bad in high school. Boys. Meh.

8 What makes you laugh the most? When DH pulls his pants up like Urkle, Puts on his glasses, and does an impression for me. It's the most hilarious.

9 What did you want to be when you were small? I wanted to go to FSU and then Johns Hopkins to be a Pediatric Oncologist. I wanted this for as long as I can remember until I met that first bf and he f'ked up my whole world. That's another story.

12 If money was no object, what would you do all day? I would shop all day and night for things to make my house look perfect.

13 What is the worst gift you have received? One of my ex boyfriends gave me a necklace with a huge plastic dolphin on it. I never wore it, and I broke that shit when I dumped him.

Now that I'm older, I can see that she is the strongest woman I've ever known and I strive to have strength, patience, and love like she does.

6 What is your proudest accomplishment? These days, maintaining my sanity on a day to day basis.

7 What is your favorite book to read? Way too hard! I love "their eyes were watching God" and also "il under the Tuscan sun" I've read it twice but never read the very end bc I just never want it to end.

8 What makes you laugh the most? My husband, he's pretty serious but every once in awhile he'll say something funny or crack up himself and then I lose it.

1 If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

The Olympic Peninsula in a wooded property next to the beach. I actually saw a property there once that would be perfect for me. I could have 20 acres, a nice house, and a horse barn. Then, every day in the summer, I could ride my horse on the beach! /heaven

2 What is your biggest fear?

Bees. I will do anything to never be near a bee! Also never having kids. Though now it's a real possibility and I've accepted it...it's been, chronologically speaking, my longest fear. I've wanted to be a mom since I was 6.

3 What really makes you angry?

Side stepping political hot-button issues, I'll go with asshole drivers. Why the hell would someone else risk the life of another person/people to get somewhere 30 seconds sooner?

4 What is your favorite thing about your career?

I love that I get to teach kids. This is something I would do for free. The fact that I get paid? Icing on the cake! But I haven't even really started in a full-time position yet (will this fall) check with me in 6 months! haha

5 What is your biggest complaint about your job?

Nothing yet, but I am VERY nervous about dealing with the parents in an affluent private school. I'm kind of a delicate little flower. I know it. I own it. I'm scared.

6 What is your proudest accomplishment?

Getting a job teaching 5th grade! That and bring part of a choir that toured England....and the fact I sing with the local symphony's chorus.

7 What is your favorite book to read?

Harry Potter. It's far and away my favorite. Reading it is like coming home.

8 What makes you laugh the most?

When my husband does his "Jello Pudding" Bill Cosby impression or his Randy Newman voice. I can't not laugh.

9 What did you want to be when you were small?

Either a whale trainer or one of those people that spend 9 months a year either on a boat in the arctic cicle or a whale watch outpost in northern B.C. I wanted to study orcas. I gave it up because I realized I wanted to be a mom....I guess the joke was one me. But now I am a teacher, and, frankly, it's not a terrible consolation prize.

"AMerican Honey" by Lady Atembellum. That's the song that I think best describes me.

Anything seafood. Except fish.

I can't really say a parent here.....so I'll go with the religious answer and say Pope Francis. The way he is taking a stand and upsetting both the religious extremeness in Catholicism AND doing so while staying true to the teachings of Christ inspire me so much. I am not your traditional Catholic...and yet, in some ways, I am. I really love this guy!

My mom, she has lived the majority of her life in constant pain from a really bad car wreck in her early 20s. She has had multiple joint replacements and surgeries to help with the damage. Despite all of the pain she is extremely fit and the most positive person I have ever met.

I didn't initially know what I was eating. A kitchen staffperson at the first restaurant I served called me in, and said, "Try this." He wouldn't tell me what it was. I ate it, and said, "Not bad. My mom's side of the family are all ranchers minus her sister and I used to go up there right around branding time to spend the summer so when all the brandings were done in the area, they had massive oyster fries (aka block parties, ranch style) for like, three weekends in a row. If they're cooked right, they're pretty wonderful. But super rich.

13 What is the worst gift you have received? A ballerina pen and 5 dollars at Christmas...when I was 21.

20 Who is your hero? My mom. I know it's totally cheesy and cliche but she is. She has a lot of health problems and she keeps smiling through all of it. In the 3 years leading up to our wedding we almost lost her 3 times. Now she's doing great and always upbeat against all odds.

1. If you could live anywhere, where would it be? I really like living where I am but if I had to change I'd go to either North Dakota or Kentucky for the winters and summer in Alaska.  Oh I'd take Scotland too.
