Not a football fan and can't see having a hangover for a sport I don't even care about so we never do Super Bowl party.. But since I'm a New Englander, Go Pats!
We do like to eat though!! Apps we like are Espinaca Dip I can give you the recipe if you really want Pizza rolls (pillsbury crescent rolls, pizza cheese and pepperoni) Sweet and sour meatballs and or kilbasa (ketchup and grape jelly) Brie with craisins, brown sugar, butter and pecans heated up a little bit
And Nachos. I make my own: layer tortilla chips, shredded cheese, taco seasoned ground beef, queso cheese, pico de gallo (make sure it's fresh! Love Safeway's fresh pico by the packaged salads), and some more shredded cheese. Throw it in the oven at 350 for 15 min, take it out and try to wait 5-10 min so that you don't burn yourself eating molten cheese.

Sounds like buffalo chicken dip is pretty popular! I was going to suggest this, too!
Another crowd pleaser is a Greek version of a 7 layer dip, served with pita chips and veggies. Layer hummus, tabouli, diced cucumbers, kalamata olives and feta.
Roasted chickpeas are a yummy snack, too. Take canned chickpeas, rinse and drain. Spread on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and a little paprika and roast at 350 for a few minutes until crunchy.

I love all the chicken wings! Also pickle dip. It's cream cheese, pickles, and ham. Tiny wieners Turtle brownies. Make them in a cupcake pan and put the caramel in the middle. It bakes around it.

Espinaca is one of those thing that you make a little different every time. Basics include 1 chopped onion, 1 tomAto diced 1 pkg frozen spinach thawed and drained, 1 lg pkg velveta 1 jalapeño Jack 1 fontina 1 monteray Jack 1 hot pepper of choice Cube all the cheese Melt it in a double boiler. Add milk as needed. Depending on the pepper you choose will determine how spicy you want it. Leave the seeds for extra spice.
Im sorry I'm really bad at recipes cause i never really follow them... But you really can't go wrong with espinaca!
My go to easy to make app is corn dip. Its butter, cream cheese, corn, and jalapenos. Super easy. Serve with fritos. Yumms. I won't be able to have any this year because I've cut dairy
My go to quick dessert to make is snickers brownies. Because why wouldn't you combine brownies and snickers into one delicious snack?
