Favorite food is spice cake... with vanilla frosting... DH made me this one for my birthday last year. It's the first time he's ever baked a cake even though he's my personal chef.

Favorite recipe I recently texted to my sister. This is it (I am not a chef so this is as good as it gets for me):
* 1 can cream of something * Pasta of choice * Veggie(s) of choice * About 1/4 can of milk (I use cream of something can) * Chicken bitch! * Bread crumbs * Cheese
Boil pasta just slightly less than package time. Throw in veggies with pasta a few minutes before it is done.
Dump pasta and veg in baking dish mix in cream of something and chicken and milk. (Can mix some cheese in too if you want.
Bake at 350 about 30 minutes.
Before it's finished baking sprinkle on bread crumbs and cheese and wait for that shit to melt.
Christmas is my favorite hands down add fast as national holidays go.
I also love our anniversary since we switch off each year who plans it. Even the years where our plans failed miserably have made for some great stories!
He is from Montana and flew down to California to visit a friend of his. His friend's car died so he called his girlfriend to come get him but I was driving her at the time. So, I drive to pick up her BF and this guy happened to be with him.
We went to the bowling alley and at the end of the night when we were about to go our separate ways my friend pulled me aside and asked what I thought about the guy - I said he was hot and she told me he had told her he wanted to see me again before he flew home.
What I didn't know was she had pulled him aside and told him the same thing earlier (sneaky notch). 5 years later she was in our wedding!
I'm not very adventurous when it comes to food. I don't like the foods to touch on the plate and forget about putting multiple things on the fork (gag)! But in the effort of crazy food...
I made a dino nugget forest once on my plate. There were brocoli trees and a ranch river with rice beaches and of course the chicken dinosaurs roaming about.
If you could go on an all-expenses paid vacation tomorrow to anywhere in the world, where would you go and what would you do?
All expenses paid... then a round-the-world cruise! But to pick 1 place I'd say Thailand. The food, the culture... I'd love to do some hiking and spend some time on every one of the beautiful beaches!
I want to go to Thailand someday too! What's the neatest place (vacation destination or otherwise) you've ever been?
I went to France when I was 12, but I don't think I fully appreciated the experience...
But I also went to Huatulco Mexico for my honeymoon and it was amazing! (Except for the cab ride to our hotel... the guy must have been legally blind because we were almost in a head on collision and almost went off a cliff... ok... steep downgrade.) The food was great, the locals were friendly, and we were essentially in the middle of the jungle.

This is actually an ongoing joke between DH and I. He lived a very adventurous life and has broken everything. Me? Not so much. But I swear I broke my toe once! I hit it on the metal transition between our kitchen floor and living room carpeting. DH says ir wasn't broken and that I just stubbed it... but it hurt like hell!
