Hubby lost a bet so had to come up with, buy, and cook for me...so we're having pepperoni pizza. It's perfect if for no other reason than because I don't have to make it.
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!

We had venison steak marinated wit whiskey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and other seasonings along with grilled potatoes and peppers. We also had a kale, spinach, and beet green salad.

We have our first blue apron shipment coming today! MH is not adventurous so isn't too excited but I am hoping it's a nice occasional thing to help make dinner easier on me...

Another here that forgot to plan, or rather I made burgers last night which I had figured would be for tonight because the leftovers we were supposed to eat last night were gone! So, grilled cheese and or cereal possibly.

We want something light after an indulgent vacation - I will probably make quinoa and chickpeas with some sort of roasted veg, herbs and goat cheese. Too bad MH hates all the great in-season veggies for this sort of meal (zucchini, bell peppers, beets, etc.) Hopefully asparagus is on sale!

Love blue apron! We have been doing it got a month! I'm excited for this week. It has really helped my intake for veggies and better portions. One thing I often do is I add one other veggie to a dish (eg zucchini or asparagus). Hope you like it!
