Resting HR vs FF temp graph correlation. (UPDATE with mo. 2)

I'm a little bit of a data nerd and thought this was interesting. I have a fitbit charge HR that constantly records my heart rate, the graph is my resting pulse for the last 30 days. It's interesting (but makes sense) that the pattern on FF temp chart is very similar. Just thought I'd share. Anyone else have a hr monitor that has shown something similar?




UPDATE: month 2

My temp graph is rocky due to horrible sleeping patterns and a few nights drinking, but it's interesting to me that the HR graph clearly shows a nice pattern. Next up will be a graph of the two side by side. I tried on my ipad, but the graphing in the numbers app is limited and I can't figure out how to make two different Y-axes for them. Also, the FF graph is 25 days, the HR always shows the last 30, today is CD 1 so i won't be able to make a 30 day FF graph.

Huh. That's super interesting to me. I'd be curious to see if the next months follow the same pattern.

Definitely. The fitbit app only shows a graph for 30 days, but now that I know about it I can check in the TWW again next cycle (if I'm out this month of course)

i might get really nerdy and set up an excel spread sheet and graph from it..

That is really cool. I tend to have low temps, but a high resting heart rate due to medication. I wonder if the same correlating pattern would still show.

Data nerd is super impressed!

I only track my heart rate for training and workout purposes, but it's really cool to see how your RHR fluctuates with your cycle. Bodies are so cool!

I have a ChargeHR... I just looked and compared my FF to my HR graph, and it is pretty similar!!
