What are you doing to stay healthy this week? Started a prenatal yoga class today that meets on Monday nights. It was really fun, and I met a friend of my husband's from high school who is also pregnant. She recognized me from his FB photos, she was super nice, so now I'll have someone to talk to in the class.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? This week my goal is to get in at least three runs, even if they're just 10-15 minutes each.
How are you staying motivated? I bought a pregnancy journal, and I've really enjoyed writing in it, so that's been my motivation to get some good workouts in, since I'm able to track them and write down my progress and achievements.
What are you doing to stay healthy this week? Staying active with DS during play and taking walks. I hadn't been "working out" prior to BFP so I don't want to start anything crazy. I've always done yoga on and off so I will probably try to pick back up. I am doing some stretching to stay limber and I'm super prone to back pain so I want to do whatever I can to keep it at bay during this pregnancy.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? Stretching 2x daily and I'll say some yoga 2-3 times this week to start.
How are you staying motivated? I didn't gain a lot of weight with DS, but this bloat is making me nervous because I feel like my stomach is soooo out there. It just makes me feel like I'm piling on the weight already, which I'm really not. But it's keeping me motivated to eat healthy!

I am feeling the same way about the bloat! I look like I already have a little baby bump, even though it's way too early. It's making me worry that I'm going to gain way more than I should. I'm anxious for my 8 wk appointment so I can be weighed and see if I'm still close to where I was at my last gyno appt in May.
What are you doing to stay healthy this week? I will be doing my Barre classes four times this week. I also go on a long walk with the fam almost every night. Chasing my 20 month old counts too right lol. I have also been eating a lot more fruit.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? I want to keep doing what I'm doing and add in more stretching.
How are you staying motivated? I remember how much working out while pregnant with DS helped. Also, Barre helps my back tremendously.

What are you doing to stay healthy this week? Going to Bootcamp 3 times this week, and walking the dog once a day.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? Just attending Bootcamp will be enough for me!
How are you staying motivated? I don't know, I'm oddly more motivated to eat well and drink water and workout now than I was during TTC, IUIs and IVF. So I guess the bean is motivating me.
What are you doing to stay healthy this week?Trying to keep with my pre BFP routine for as long as possible.. Lots of water, foods that are good for me (most of the time)
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? Pre BFP, I was in the process of running longer distances, but I'd be happy to just continue the same distance and walk more if I need to. I'd like to start adding some mild toning/strength back into my routine. Anyone have any recommendations/links for that? I was doing great with T25 but then I got bored.
How are you staying motivated? Looking in the mirror on bloated days seems to be enough to make me want to do something.
Edit: akraus2015, what kind of journal? Just a blank one or a prompted one? I looked at few at Barnes and Noble, but couldn't decide what/if any I liked.

I got a prompted one from Books a Million that I really like. It's a good mixture of cutesy and practical. It has space for recording thoughts and photos and letters to baby, but it also has sections for writing in a birthing plan, recording doctor appointments, and noting classes to take and books to read, etc.

What are you doing to stay healthy this week? Tons of water, choosing good whole foods whenever possible, and continuing my workouts. Planning to continue T25 but follow the modifier when my heart rate goes up or I get out of breath.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? I would like to stay as strong as possible and keep up with cardio and strength. Love to get a run or two in if its not too damn hot!
How are you staying motivated? I want to stay focused on how much strength and endurance will help with delivery, and how much easier it will be to get my body back after baby. Also- workouts keep my anxiety at bay, and I need that right now!
What are you doing to stay healthy this week? 2 days of cardio, 2 days of strength training, and a yoga or Pilates class. I'm also focusing on having small meals 5-6 times a day.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve this week? Just to make sure I get them all in.
How are you staying motivated? Right now, it's pretty easy for me to stay motivated because I want to keep fitting in my cute clothes until the end of summer.

What are you doing to stay healthy this week? workout 2-3 times
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? stay awake long enough to work out? lol
How are you staying motivated? I'm not. not at all. All I want to do it sit and eat snack packs. DH is the one pushing me to exercise. My brain understands its good for me and the baby. my body is like: lol....no
Married 10/10/10! TTC Baby #1 since April 2014 BFP Oct 16 - EP terminated Nov 6 2014 Off the Bench January 2015! BFP #2 June 1 2015 - EDD Feb 12 2016! Baby Boy born 15th February 2016!
What are you doing to stay healthy this week? Drinking tons and tons of water.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? I'd like to pick back up with yoga. I haven't gone in a month d/t some health/headache issues, and after this week I'd like to start going 3 days per week again. My other goal is to start walking for 30 minutes every night with MH.
How are you staying motivated? Baby is motivating me. And wanting to gain the exact right amount of weight is motivating me.

What are you doing to stay healthy this week? I have some more serious yard work to get done (hauling around/shoveling mulch and the like), so I figure that will count. I also want to get at least three long walks in with the dogs, and maybe one of those will be a jog too.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? Just to stay active. Lots of water, and remembering to eat enough!
How are you staying motivated? That's pretty hit or miss at the moment. I'll let you know once I figure it out ;-)
Running and biking to work, walks some evenings and weekend days, yoga once a week
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve?
I really just want to keep moving as much and as long as possible.
How are you staying motivated?
Having an active commute has been good because regular motivation is definitely lacking form me right now, but if I have to get somewhere, I can make myself suck it up and run. H is also helping by getting us out for walks in the evenings when I really just want to lay on the couch.
What are you doing to stay healthy this week? Exercise: using my prenatal exercise dvd. Food: trying to eat well; bought some healthy snack options for work (carrots and dip; apples and PB; yogurt and fruit; popcorn). Water: drink as much as I can handle.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? I plan to do my dvd 3 days this week. I did my lower half this morning, will do core on Thursday, and will do full body/yoga on Saturday.
How are you staying motivated? Reminding myself that exercise is good for pregnancy, and it helps me wake up in the morning. If I don't do it in the morning though, it's not happening. But 7, I'm too tired and/or bloated to move off the couch.
akraus2015 where did you find your prenatal yoga class? Was it through your gym or somewhere else? I'm really interested in doing it too but my gym is just Planet Fitness and doesn't offer classes so I'm not sure if regular yoga studios have prenatal or if there are special ones somewhere else?
What are you doing to stay healthy this week? Trying to do a long walk every day. I'm off work this week so it's much easier to get out.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? Eventually sign up for prenatal yoga.
How are you staying motivated? I know that light exercise is good for me and good for the pregnancy so I just keep forcing myself to get out of the house.

I Googled "prenatal yoga near [town]" and there happens to be a yoga studio 4 miles from my house that has a prenatal class. I was surprised, because I usually have to drive into St. Louis for stuff like that. It was the only one in this area, though, so I guess I just got lucky. I hope you find one!

Butting in here.. Are most of the ladies in the class visibly pregnant, or are they all over the 9 month spectrum? I'm curious about trying one of these, but I don't want to show up and be the only one there not obviously pregnant.

there were 6 of us total. I was the only one there not visibly pregnant, but I didn't mind. Everyone was super nice, and I was able to adapt a lot of it to be slightly more strenuous for myself since I don't have a belly yet, and can still safely lay flat on my back. One girl said she started going at 12 weeks and now that she's further along, she is really glad she started early.

What are you doing to stay healthy this week? I'm off to a slow start, I'm still trying to get all my water in, it's a challenge. I skipped the gym on Monday because I hit the fatigue wall and couldn't wake up, the goal is to go tomorrow and Friday..
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? Cardio 3x a week at the gym and walks with DH the rest of the days How are you staying motivated? Looking in the mirror helps and weighing once a week. I know there's no reason to gain weight at this point with it being so early, so I'm being very picky with my food choices, avoiding sugar and processed carbs and bread.

Update on me: I made it to Bootcamp twice this week - missed Wednesday because of my awful allergic reaction to sunscreen. Going to workout in the heat while nauseous is TOTES FUN.
Also, meant to respond about the prenatal yoga - akraus2015 I am really happy to hear about that girl who started going at 12 weeks. That's what I wanted to do and now I can rationalize that it's not weird to start going that early
What are you doing to stay healthy this week? I was doing workout videos, but I am going to switch to walking and getting some prenatal yoga. Last pregnancy I was on pelvic rest, so I am starting easy just in case.
Any workout goals you'd like to achieve? Just to be healthy throughout the 9 months.
How are you staying motivated Well, I got pregnant the month after changing my diet and adding exercise, so my motivation is the fact that it has already helped me get KU
