Hi! I'm glad you decided to join the board for some extra support. I can imagine having a toddler and being a working mom is a lot to deal with, and you are right, life is never one thing at a time. Especially being a mom! I really hope that the counselor is helpful by putting things into perspective for you, and that you make the time to see her/him regularly. I also hope that moving home and having your parents close by will give you some extra help while you tackle a job search, being a wife/mom, and addressing your physical and mental health. We're all here for you and will do our best to encourage you during these difficult times. (((HUGS)))
I'm new too. I deal with stress and anxiety a similar way as you it sounds like. Having a supportive H is awesome, and a good counselor. Nice to meet you!

Welcome starbuck27, our bodies tend to start giving us physical symptoms of stress when we have ignored all of the other signs. I am glad you have asked for help and are making changes to improve your stress level.

Welcome! I'm a newbie to this board too, but it's very supportive and helpful over here! Good luck with your counseling. I know it's hard to start talking to someone about things like this.
