FFFC #1: I gave DH a roadie on the way home from our weekend trip last weekend. It was fun!
FFFC #2: I found out I was pregnant less than two weeks ago. I have already purchased: -5 cloth diapers -6 onesies -1 sleeper -a baby carrier -baby converse for our announcement

Not a single family member knows that DH and I are expecting, but SEVERAL of our friends know. This makes me feel shittastic, but we want to tell family in person and they all live out of town.

X-FFFC from PAIF because I am not that interesting: I am hiding a box of Annie's Mac and Cheese from my husband because I want to be able to eat the whole box in peace while he's not here. I never let myself have it, and I want it bad. (Still talking about food here, but you guys understand.)

I am impressed by your enthusiasm for BJs. The only thing coming near my mouth at the moment is Saltines.

This is semi-true for me too. I did tell my little sister and my SIL (because she's a doctor and had a MC before having her two kids, so I feel like she gets me and can answer my questions). But besides those two, I've told just a few close friends. My family doesn't live out of town, though—DH really wants to wait until I'm further along to tell our parents. Also, my parents tried to force a pregnancy confession out of me (they know we've been TTC again) shortly after I got my BFP, so that's the other reason I'm not telling them a damn thing.

Lol we had this conversation with our friends the other night. I think they're fun. Apparently this makes me super wife.

Bonus FFFC relevant because I'm listening to Pandora:
I am DIS.GUST.ED. by commercials that have audible gulping/slurping/sipping sounds. Case in point, the Folgers iced coffee commercial making the rounds on Pandora right now, and there was another advertisement on TV for a soup or pasta or something where the girl sluuuuuuuurrrrrped out of a bowl. Does no one know how to eat without making so much noise? Also am I the only one bothered by this???

You ARE superwife! I wish I was more like you.
But no, my lips are clamped shut, DH. Maybe in 2nd tri, bro.
I feel ya virginiaorjohn. I normally don't mind giving a good ol' BJ, but DH can back off with that shit right now. Brushing my teeth makes me gag these days.
I'm with you on GoT mellymel15. No interested whatsoever. Also, Breaking Bad. *shrug*
In keeping with today's theme: I have no interest in BJs. I've never been good at them, nor do I care to practice. I refuse to swallow, so what's the point anyway? Meh.
P.S. I realize I just typed this on my work computer. Cue mini panic attack.

BJ's are about all my DH is getting from me until August so I guess I better suck it up. I don't swallow either.
I only got my BFP last Saturday but I ran out and bought booties to tell DH. After two boys, I'm pretty set on stuff... unless it's a girl.
Part of me wants a girl and most of me would be happy with another boy. Not sure I can handle girl drama. I think I have enough estrogen for our household. The idea of a girl frightens me - at least a teenage girl. I'd probably really love the first 10 years or so.

I'm sure there's more...
ETA: BJs are gross.
I HAD to have the mamaroo when I was KU with DS. Aaaaaand, it wasn't all that it's cracked up to be. He didn't really care for the motion, and I didn't think it was all that cozy for him. I almost wish I just got the Snugabunny swing from Fisher Price or whatever it is. We had the Snugabunny bouncy seat and that was way more comfortable for him.

bonus bonus FFFC: True Lies is one of my favorite movies!
This isn't all that bad, but my FFFC is that I'm thinking of going out to my mom's tonight (with DS, and DH is still gone) because I'm feeling lazy and don't want to cook. So she can feed us. And I know she has cookies. So bonus.
Here's a mild one: I carry around a travel sunscreen in my purse. Yes, I am that women who puts on sunscreen while waiting for my food at an outdoor seating restaurant.

I ALWAYS have sunscreen in my purse. And safety pins and benadryl cream and floss. You never know when you need those things.

+1 for floss. I hate the feeling of having something stuck in my teeth all day.

I've got a similar one too...
FFFC: Most of DH's family knows, plus some close friends, my mom is the only one that knows on my side. I don't talk to my brother or sister often so I don't really know how to tell them, we're going to announce on FB, but I don't want them to hear it on there...

I don't mind BJs but the favor is never returned, so I am less giving now.
I am lying to my current job about the start date for my new job so I can go on vacation. It's kind of putting them in a pickle, but I dislike my current job and don't really need the reference.

I bought it used for $75, so I can definitely re-sell! A friend of a friend was got it and was posted a picture of her son in it. I told my friend that if she ever sells, I'd be interested. Turns out he didn't like it and I had it within a week, hahaha!
