Ugh DH declared that is not sure about the front runner girl name. I told him to start doing research and come up with some suggestions. He probably won't though. He said it feels trendy, and then said he would like it better if we spelled it with a y, now who's being trendy...
I lost the cap on my Jawbone. I went running this morning and noticed it a little while after I got back, so I don't know if it's out on the road somewhere or in my parents' house, but it's not worth looking for. Do you think if I contacted the company I could get a new one?
I think you can order them. I also have a an extra from when I got my replacement up. Want me to send you it?

I could not keep up this weekend! Way too busy! Spent most days in the pool. M loves the pool. She jumps in to us and immediately says "Jump again!!" Today she lost her footing as she walked around the pool and fell in the hot tub. She quickly grabbed the side of the pool, and she also had her floaties on. Her head went under just barely, but she was ready to get out after that. Hoping tomorrow she forgets about it and is ready for more pool time! I'm getting a nice tan by being out with her!
We went to our city's USA Celebration yesterday. M was all happy about it until the fireworks started. She freaked out. I'll post a pic, but she sat hugging me the entire time and wouldn't look. I don't think it was the noise that scared her as much as the feel of the fireworks coming at her. She was relaxed as long as she couldn't see them. Poor girl.
I just have to say I am loving my new job and loving that I have weekends off even more. I get to see my family, J, the kids.... every weekend. It feels great to be a "normal" person and be able to see everyone with a normal M-F job.

OH and the best news I got in the last week--- I'm not supposed to tell anyone at all, so of course I'll tell y'all lol-- my really good friend told me she's pregnant! She's freaking out cause her first two kids were IVF babies. She has never been able to get pregnant on her own. And now she's 38 and she thinks that's "too old" to have a baby (even though I have told her it most definitely is not!) and she's just worried something's going to happen. I take that back, she did randomly get pregnant on her own when I was pregnant with M. But she miscarried. So I know she's afraid of that too. She went for a sono (thinking she was just 4-5 wks but her friend of a friend is a sono tech and got her an appt) and found out she's about 8 weeks. Heard the heartbeat of about 170. I was the only one that knew for about a week, she finally told her husband and he took it really well actually!
She's got two boys and her husband has a boy from a previous relationship. She says she feels different this time and feels like it might be a girl!
Anyways, I'm super excited for her and hope all goes well and I just had to tell someone!

No, Nora cannot end in a y. Then it'd sound like sushi. Sorry mr. Peachey.
Are you team green or you know you're having a girl?
Haha I almost added that it wasn't Nora!
We are green and I feel VERY strongly that this is a girl.
Also I meant to add earlier that DH's parents live 2 hours south of Chicago. That may be my chance at a meet up, it is usually crazy for is trying to see family so I haven't tried to plan any trips up there.
mcbush - you're worth it! Plus now that you know your right size you can find some on eBay. That's where I buy bras. Zulily sometimes has good bras for the low low. I love Panache and was able to find some for $12/ea there sometime last year (I bought a size I wanted to fit into and now they fit ).
Ps- Are bras supposed to be comfortable?! Doubt it!
Morning! KJ has thrown up 3 or 4 times this morning. She didn't want to eat this morning now she does. But shecan't keep anything down that I manage to get her to eat. Also she had runny poop this morning. Other than that she is acting normal. Any idea what it could be? She's never thrown up before today so this is new for me.
I'm late to this, but I'm going back and trying to catch up. Probably just a tummy bug. That's how M was the last time she had one. She wanted to eat so bad, but would get sick. Just have to let it run its course. How was she today?

I truly never wanted to be at the point where I deliberately didn't tell DS of his friends play date in order to prevent a meltdown (he could only have 30 mins to play before we'd have to leave for swim lessons). I feel terrible lying by omission but I just can't handle the screaming and yelling at me.

Eh, im sure most people wouldve done the same. I often avoid certain things that i know will end in a meltdown.
