Wow! I took the unison and B6 and it knocked me out! I swear I fell asleep with my eyes open while standing up and making dinner
When I was on the over the counter version I took 100mg b6 twice a day, and half a unisom at night. You're not supposed to take the unisom during the day because of the falling asleep thing.

My OB office told me to take them every 8 hours but it makes sense to only take it at night. Did that help with your morning sickness?

It helped for a little while but then the nausea got worse and I had to go on prescription strength diclegis.
Thank you dreadpiratebuttercup. I was on zofran last pregnancy until around 25 weeks. I did try the sea bands before I got on zofran but those are so annoying to wear.

I've been wearing sea bands constantly for the past week. I'm not really sure they're doing much, but I'm too nervous every to take them off for fear that I'll feel worse.
+1 over here. I've had a shotty day. I woke up feeling hungover and like I needed to sleep 12 more hours, when in reality I actually got plenty of sleep. I've just felt icky, had a mild lingering headache, sort of light headed, tired, so bloated that my stomach actually hurt because it was pushing out so far, crampy, the list could go on and on.
On the plus side though, I managed to push through pretty well. I made pancakes for breakfast. DH was gone today so DS and I went grocery shopping. I got 4 loads of laundry done (but not put away yet). Set up a sprinkler for DS and we played outside. It wasn't until about 4-5:00 that I finally threw in the towel and laid down. We read some books and DS thankfully was pretty mellow for me.

FUUUUCK THIS NAUSEA AND THIS DAY.
No matter what I eat I feel like it's about to come up but it never does and it's giving me fucking anxiety.
Also,I got called for fucking jury duty in August. I've already been called twice in four years. Would it be so bad of me to get my RE's nurse to write me a medical excuse?
I've been spotting the last 3 days :/ It seems to have stopped as of today, and I know it can be normal, so i'm trying to remain calm. *sigh*
How is your spotting?
It was pinkish/brownish, and a very, very small amount. It stopped after those 3 days, but my doctor still wants me to come in for an ultrasound tomorrow. I've never had an ultrasound this early. I'm nervous as fuck.
How are you? You have an ultrasound coming up this week as well for spotting, correct? Good vibes to you!!

YES! I have so much anxiety over puking in public sometime. I absolutely hate vomiting and will avoid it at all costs, so doing it in public sounds like a special hell.

Cucumbers seem to be helping with my nausea. In my 27 years of life I've never met a cucumber I didn't want to spit back out, but now they seem to be the only thing helping.
Today my nausea kicked in - burps lead to gagging, but not actually throwing up. Also only bland stuff sounds good, anything with grease/lots of sugar doesn't sound remotely appealing. I tried to go grocery shopping with H and ended up leaving partway through.
I had had some nausea before but it went away for about a week, and I just had a sort of acidy feeling in the back of my throat.
