I liked Landline quite a bit not my favorite Rowell but I still enjoyed it.
I really thought I would have my next library hold by now: Somewhere in France. But I don't so I am not sure. The Wide and Starry Sky is on my night stand waiting to be started so maybe that. But right now there is a child sleeping on me so who knows I may have go buy a Kindle book.
I'm reading TheMartian. I didn't think I would like it but I really do. It's pretty quick and more intense than I thought. I have no idea what will be next. I have a couple in my kindle that I need to finish so maybe one of those.

I loved The Martian, I was so engrossed, I kept forgetting that we had never been to Mars before. Have you seen the previews for the movie? I'm stoked, it looks so well done!
I'm listening to What Alice Forgot on Audible and this is my favorite audio book by Liane thus far. Normally her formats make audio books confusing for me. I'm liking it so far, I'm just about halfway through.

I saw one trailer and that is what finally motivated me. I love Matt Damon and I think he will do a great job.

I'm super late to this but I just finished Wild by Cheryl Strayed and I liked it. I was surprised I stuck with it because memoirs have bot been holding me interest lately. I just started The Demon King from the Seven Realms series. I'm only a few pages in but it doesn't seem like the type of book I normally like. It came highly recommended by tribute17 so I'm sure it will be good.

Well I'm not sure I would go that far...? I will say it starts off slow and kind of childish feeling but try to make it 100 pages or so. After that I thought it really picked up and held my interest.

lol! I'll make sure I read at least until page 100. It's different at the moment but it seems like it will be interesting. This was the series you recommended right? Or am I supposed to be reading something different?

Nope, you are reading the right one. It's four books so it takes a little character set up.

I'm so, so late this week, but things have been cah-razy. I'm still working on A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. I'm liking it more and more... when I actually get the chance to read for myself. DD and I are apparently working our way through the entire Puppy Place series. We just started book 5, Flash. Send help. I'm drowning in early chapter books.

I've been listening to a lot of books because we're in the process of moving across state lines and I've been commuting back and forth a lot.
I've listened to books 4-5 of the Charley Davidson series in the last week or two. I really didn't enjoy the first one that much when I read it but listening to them has actually been quite entertaining.
I've also been reading the Mackenzies and McBrides series by Jennifer Ashley. I'm on book 4 now. It's been... okay. The first one was okay, second not a fan, third enjoyed the most so far.
Speaking of audiobooks- any that are really good in audio format? I'm looking at still long commutes for awhile and I need something to keep me focused on the drive.
I finished The Enchanted and loved it!! It has stayed stuck with me since I finished! Next up is 419, I started it a while back, but took a break from it for a while (had read too many serious books in a row).
I loved the different point of views in 419. I read it months ago and still think of the book often.
I'm reading Motorcycle Diaries at the moment.
Um, also posting here for the first time. Am I supposed to intro?

I just finished up Day Four by Sarah Lotz. If you like Stephen King type novels, this one is excellent. On deck, I have Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood.
