I just bought a new desk for my home office from wayfair. I also bought a wine bar cabinet from Houzz.com. I had a terrific experience with both! We just moved to a new house so I'm pretty much obsessed. I fell in love with the bar cabinet from crate and barrel but didn't want to spend $2,000 on it. So I looked online at wayfair and houzz and found the same exact cabinet for only $800. It was delivered promptly. Win.
I got a crib thru Wayfair. Loved it. It was well-packaged, arrived on time, and was in perfect condition.
On the other hand, I've ordered 2 pieces of furniture from Overstock and BOTH arrived broken, 2 years apart. Will not be going that route again.
I had really bad luck with Overstock too! With a quilt once and something another time that I don't even remember. I just remember they were horrible and not at all like I envisioned. And overpriced...

I have a trade account with wayfair and have ordered over 200 items. I love them. They have the best customer service and anytime there has been an issue taken care of it right away. I have two beds in my home that came from them, one which was a custom ordered upholstered bed, and they have both held up really well and are extremely sturdy.
Joss and main is not the same. There are no returns, and no real quality control. I bought a bed from them once and it broke after 4 months. And I have found they are not usually the best price on the item.

I have a skyline one (think that is the brand) with the upholstered frame. The only thing I don't love is the metal black feet, but it was like $600 less than every other one I was looking at in stores so I decided it was fine. But the quality is great. We have the charcoal and I think the color was represented accurately. One thing to note is most of the upholstered headboards are custom made and not returnable.
