does anyone have any strength/Pilates/yoga prenatal DVDs that they love? Classes are hard for me to get to, but I can consistently work out in my own house pretty well. TIA!

I've found that a lot of prenatal workouts seem to be more tailored towards second and third tri when you have more of a bump to work around, thus kind of easy/light compared to what you might be used to. I've been trying to mix them in with my normal workouts so the transition later might be smoother (maybe? I'm new to this, I don't know what I'm talking about
I found that I did best when I stuck to what I did before getting pregnant with my other pregnancies. I tried doing a prenatal Pilates dvd and ended up messing up my back with my first. Walking was always great and the pool later on in pregnancy is like heaven!
Off topic, but omg mrsmuq, I've had a crush on you since TB days on the BSB and I had no idea we were in the same BMB!
I just found out last week I was pregnant. I tried the BMB on TB but it sucked (plus the whole website sucks) and after yesterday's A15 debacle, I decided to check out the BMB here!
Oh, and to answer your question, I use The Daily Burn. There are a lot of different workouts/programs you can choose from, so if I feel like weight lifting one day and yoga the next, it's all in one place.
I use this. I love it. The sessions are short and easy. Perfect for someone like me who hates working out. (If you're looking for something more intense, this probably won't work for you.)
