bbq chicken, oven fries and peas for dinner (what we were supposed to have last night before DH's forgetfulness derailed us).
We had lunch at our natural history museum's cafe- I had a hot italian sub and 3 spoonfuls of french onion soup. DS and I split a red velvet cupcake, too.
Lunch was a leftover bean and cheese burrito from dinner last night. And some Red Hot Blues chips (SO GOOD). Also a giant choco chip and sea salt cookie.
Dinner is baked parmesan polenta cakes with tomato sauce and salad.

I had a bowl of instant Pho for lunch. I was terribly uninspired when I was packing up yesterday evening and just threw something into my bag.
I have no clue for dinner. We should probably eat the porkchops, which are hopefully thawed out by now. That's why they weren't Wednesday night's dinner! If we eat those we'll have baked beans and a veggie with it, either broccoli or salad. I forget what's in the fridge at the moment.
Lunch was pbj again--I overslept and didn't have time to be more creative today.
Dinner will be tomato soup and grilled cheese. I *will* keep myself from ordering Chinese. DH might be working late, but I just got on him for unnecessary spending, so it seems a leeetle hypocritical to get Chinese. The worst part: he wouldn't even judge me; I would just feel terrible.
Red beans and rice with sausage for DH and DD, and Mexican for me! Woohoo! Tonight is girls night for me with my friend K, and we're going to one of those amazing hole in the wall Mexican places. I can hardly wait...
i went and got a giant helping of hawaiian mixed plate and the lady gave me two forks...i have no plans to share. i didn't eat all of it but now i have a midnight snack!
