cookiesandwine, Yes! Ball up for pieces of foil to put the chicken on. It keeps it from getting dry but mushy, know what i mean? That always my trick for the crockpot chicken.

I haven't made my plan yet.
roo1582 is there a recipe you follow for the burritos? those sound good
cookiesandwine, I've made the crockpot chicken before. If I remember right I just added some broth to the bottom of pot and seasoned the skin, under the skin and added some lemon inside the cavity. I just recommend sesoning it well because I remember even though I felt it was seasoned enough it didn't carry through to the meat as much as I had hoped.
jfresh, I'd love to have your recipe after you try it. Someone at work brought it during one of our pot lucks and it was so good and it would be easy to do I would think.
somethingcleverer - These are the Chicken Avocado Burritos we made. I didn't use the sour cream because H hates it, but it still turned out pretty tasty.
bliz1712 and aylafsu1881 the crockpot lasagna turned out pretty good! I used a progresso crockpot sauce I found on clearance but I didn't love it. Not tomato-y enough. Next time I'll just use a regular marinara. I layered Italian sausage mixed with the sauce first, then ricotta mixed with mozzarella, then noodles. I think I got through it all three times, but finished with the sausage. I added more mozz on top about 5 minutes before we ate. It was done after 4 hours on low.

Thanks for the update. I was just wondering about this. I am going to give it a try since I need some new crock pot recipes for next week and I love lasagna.
