Anyone applied to the Rebecca Foundation for free CDs?

For those of you who don't know, The Rebecca Foundation provides free CDs (on loan) to needy families and military families. I just filled out the application. Has anyone ever applied there? If so, how long did it take to receive a response and/or diapers? Thanks so much!
