Logging in takes me back to home screen

It would be really great if after logging in, it took you back to the page that you were already on.  Instead, it takes you to the home screen.

For example, I have July 2015 book marked so I can go directly there.  But after I hit login, I go to the home page and have to navigate to July 2015 again which is annoying.

It would be great if it just kept you on the same page.

I don't think this is something we'd be able to fix for the forseeable future. We're having a hard enough time keeping people logged in as it is
