Same here Shibes. I got my dress for $50 at a thrift store and I have no idea where it is now... I think I told my parents to just donate it back to the thrift store, lol!
@iheartmyshiba, I carried a handkerchief made from my several greats grandmother wedding dress worn in 1826. My family holds onto all that kind of stuff. I had about 7 different things that day that were worn by others when they were wed.
My FFFC, my husband wants a third kid. I've been open to it, but lately the idea of a newborn on top of the kids we've got and the dynamic changes a third kid will cause has me reconsidering. We wouldn't be trying until I at least have lasik surgery later this summer, so still time to figure it out more before having to actually discuss it with him.

I let my kid eat off of the floor at home
I can't believe yall didn't keep your wedding dresses. I also hoard things based on memories. I think it's cool to have things to remember things by. Maybe it's because I can't remember anything to begin with. Raggedy Ann and raggedy Andy that I got for my first birthday are in DD's room and she got her 1 year pictures with them.
I kept my wedding dress but it's just hanging in the garment bag; it's never even been dry cleaned.
I feel bad for saying this, but I am in serious need of a break from my big kids. It's been a long time since I've had one. And a regular night's sleep would go a long way in improving my outlook, too.

Same here. I hung my dress up after the wedding and never had it dry cleaned. I know there's a red wine spot and the bottom is dirty because the wedding was outdoors.
Is there anyway the kids can stay overnight with a family or friend or your H can watch them while you sleep in a hotel? It's a lot to take care of three kids day in and out. One exhausts me.
The boys typically stay with my ILs overnight about once a month but it's probably been 2 months since the last time. Just due to schedules/seeing them (the ILs) for other reasons, that cabin weekend we all did, etc., it hasn't been feasible. Hopefully soon!
My wedding dress is hanging at my parents house, it's been dry cleaned, but I honestly would like to try to sell it, but my mom won't let me (they bought it for me). My FFFC: I'm just going to buy a cupcake for DS to "smash" and take my own pictures because I don't believe in spending $$$ for smash cake pictures
ETA to word it more like a FFFC as opposed to a UO
I would not have done pro pics if the photog hasn't contacted me. She mainly did them to promote her business and she told me that upfront. But she's photographed our family 3 times so I think she also just kinda wanted to do it to be nice. Win-win.

This exactly. Most of my friends are in the same boat. We keep saying we're going to have a wedding dress and wine girl's night where we all take them to someone's house, throw them back on and drink wine and hang out. Ha. we just haven't had a decent stretch of time where no one has been pregnant to do it!

My parents booked a suite that was supposed to sleep my sister's family and DH, C, and I. They booked a separate room for themselves. Well C is still battling this cough crap at night so mom and dad gave us the separate room. Confession: I'm kinda glad C still has her cough so we don't have to share a room with my sister's family. She can totally be over it tonight though and I'd never tell haha
I kept my wedding dress but not sure why. If I ever even have a girl I doubt she will want to wear it. I may donate it to the Angel Gown program. For now it's somewhere at my parents' house preserved in a box.
My wedding dress is hanging in the garment bag and I never got it cleaned after either. I keep meaning to but never get around to it. My FFFC: DS hasn't had a good bath in at least 5 days. He had a quick one after the poop incident earlier this week, but other than that he's been swimming every day and exhausted at night we just haven't done it. (I know he needs one and love that clean baby smell.) Hopefully tomorrow.

FFFC When I had to handle the yard sale earlier I was letting things go way cheaper than intended... I've reached the point where I just want it gone. I didn't tell DH, he would be judgey lol. Seriously, I was sad packing the baby stuff away but getting it out... there is just SO MUCH... and I am ready to see it go.
