Tuesday at 3 EDT. I will be 7w5d. No ultrasound until 11 weeks. Well, I've had some spotting over the past day, so I am really hoping we will hear a heartbeat, though I know it is early. I had spotting around this time when I was pregnant with DD, so I'm not super worried (it's brown and minimal) but it's still disconcerting to see. I ran 4 miles and gardened for about 1.5 hours yesterday before the spotting started, so I think I will take it easy for a few days.
empireceo I wish I had your energy! That sounds like enough to cause some spotting. Hope you can relax a little today hham10 good luck today!! FX for a great ultrasound. Keep us posted!

How on earth do you have the energy?!?! I'm finding that just leaving the couch to prepare food or to shower totally wipes me out.
I'm not sure why, I was just there last week for intake. I think it's just to review the ultrasound and bloodwork that were done after the appointment and maybe a physical exam? I was really surprised they didn't even take my BP or weight last time. I don't think there'll be another ultrasound until the NT screening.
Weeks+days at appointment: 6+5 by LMP, but based on beta numbers, my OB thinks I'm further along than that by a few days
Will you have an ultrasound? YES! And I'm terrified. That's how I found out last time that it wasn't working out.
Heading in, what are you thinking? I wasn't supposed to have my first u/s until next week, but after betas in the 30k and 40k range last week (and knowing how anxious I am) my OB moved it up to this week. This pregnancy feels different, but I'm scared anyway. I'm going to be a wreck all of this week and I'll take all the positive thoughts I can get!

Day of Appointment: Already had it this morning!
Weeks+days at appointment: 8 weeks on the nose by my calculations, they were estimating 9w2d by LMP.
Will you have an ultrasound? That was the whole appointment - dating ultrasound.
Heading in, what are you thinking? Obviously excited! Wanted to see one healthy heartbeat in there!
*Update Us! Let us know how it went! Awesome! The u/s tech was expecting me to be 9w2d based off my LMP (this practice doesn't "do" charting or abnormal cycles apparently *rolls eyes*), but I told her it should be 8 weeks on the nose. Baby measured spot on 8 weeks! It's so satisfying to be right! I mean, I knew I was right, but ha! I didn't want to have to change the due date I'd fixed in my brain!
ETA: They saw the heartbeat on the u/s, and told me that they don't like to use doppler before 10 weeks. Interesting, since I'd never heard that one before!
Appointment tomorrow 7/7 I'll be 9 weeks 6 days (although my office will put me at 10 weeks 1 day) No ultrasound, just prenatal appointment I'm always nervous and scared there won't be a heartbeat at prenatal appointments. But if all goes well we will probably tell family and then wait until later in the month after the nt scan. I have to bring dd so hoping snacks and my phone will suffice for her but the appointment shouldn't be more that 15/20 minutes although I have questions about a rcs/vbac.
Weeks+days at appointment: 7wks 4days Will you have an ultrasound? Yup, that's the whole appt.
Heading in, what are you thinking? It's a follow up to check on heart rate. It was 116 last time at 6wks and they wanted to see 120. Even though I've been reassured that 116 was okay, I'm a bit of a wreck. I just want to see a good HB in there...

Congrats, musicalsilver on a great appt! AFM... Appointment at 4:00 tomorrow, 7/7 Will be 7w4d This will be the initial appointment and dating ultrasound. I'm so nervous, but praying for on track growth and a strong heartbeat. This will be the first PGAL hurdle for me, and my loss milestone is the 12 week NT scan, so I'm hesitantly hopeful. All prayers and FX appreciated!

Don't get me wrong, I run pretty slowly. But working out actually makes me feel better while pregnant. If I can drag my ass out there and start going, I catch my wind after a few minutes and feel less tired the rest of the day.
And then I also feel fine about the massive apple cinnamon waffle with whipped cream I had for breakfast.
Day of Appointment: Wednesday (7/8) at 7:30 am. Weeks+days at appointment: 6 weeks-ish Will you have an ultrasound? Yep, to hear the heartbeat Heading in, what are you thinking? Please baby let me hear a healthy heartbeat!
All looked good at or ultrasound! Saw our little peanut and got to hear the heartbeat. It was 121bpm which makes me a tad nervous that it's lower but RE said for being 6w3d they want to see over 100 so it was perfect. Hoping I can relax for a bit!
Will you have an ultrasound? yup! two little piggies measuring 6w4d and 6w2d. Heartbeats were 117 and 120. a little sigh of relief, though I thought we were going to get to hear the HBs (I think the nurse who scheduled this one got confused and thought we were further along than we are) so it was a little disappointing to only see them on the screen.

Will you have an ultrasound? Yes, the last one with my RE.
Heading in, what are you thinking? Nervous. Always nervous. Does that ever go away? Looking back, with my first pregnancy, I was so young and naive and blindly optimistic. I don't ever remember worrying about miscarriage.

^this! I'm exhausted just thinking about it.
I'm still walking/jogging 2 miles every morning and taking care of my 3yo for 12 hours a day... as long as I'm not raging throwing up or having a massive headache, I mean life has to go on, right?

My appointment went well! We didn't get to see much detail on the ultrasound because it was abdominal, but the doctor said the heartbeat looks good.
She also changed my due date to Feb 6 since there's only one day difference between my LMP and O date. I'm fine with it because I have to be induced at 39 weeks due to blood clotting issues, and this gives the baby one more day to cook. Plus, this gives us a possibility of the baby sharing a birthday with Harry Styles. And that would be magical.
I go back in 3 weeks, and in one month I'll start seeing the MFM for my clotting and autoimmune stuff.
