What are you reading? Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty
What number is it for the year? Does it count towards a goal? I think I'm on 28 for the year... I read multiple books at a time. I don't have a goal this year.
How do you like it? It's ok. It's slow moving. BLL is my "lunch time" book right now that comes to work with me.
What is on your list next? A Dark Lure by Loreth Anne White OR Crooked Little Lies Barbara Taylor Sissel Both were Amazon First freebies.
GTKY favorite summer activity? Bon Fires and 'Smore making
What are you reading? Ready Player One and The Summer Garden What number is it for the year? Does it count towards a goal? 20ish, I haven't checked. I don't even remember what my GR goal is. How do you like it? Ready Player One is a current obsession, so lots. The Summer Garden is harder to get into so it's taking me awhile, but I love the whole series. What is on your list next? All the Bright Places and Armada
GTKY favorite summer activity? Just being able to sit outside since it's not snowing.

GTKY favorite summer activity? spending time with family at the lake
Unknown are you reading Ready Player One or listening to the audiobook? I did both last year. The audiobook is so much fun with Wil Wheaton doing the narration.

Both . I am listening and reading, I might have a slight obsession with this book. I have already listened to the audiobook 3x and read it 2x. Did you know Wil Wheaton is also narrating Ernest Cline's new book Armada coming out in the next week?

Yup, I can't wait!
ETA: I'm 10th in line for a library hold. No audiobook though. Boo!

What are you reading? I'm going through a multiple book phase at the moment. I have Hidden Huntress by Danielle L. Jensen; Blameless by Gail Carriger; The Unschooling Handbook by Mary Griffith; and a chapter book to be picked by DD this evening in progress. What number is it for the year? Does it count towards a goal? These are books 58, 59, 60, & 61 for the year. Thanks to DD's sudden love for chapter books, I'll have surpassed my goal for the year. How do you like it? Hidden Huntress is picking up steam and looks like it's going to be good. Blameless is a re-read that I enjoy; The Unschooling Handbook is interesting but outdated; the chapter book will almost certainly be about puppies. What is on your list next? A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab and The Last Child in the Woods by Richard Louv

What are you reading? I just finished End of Days (Penryn and the End of Days #3). So good! I started The Adventures of Tom Sawyer last night.
What number is it for the year? Does it count towards a goal? It's number 36 of my goal of 65 for the year. It's also book I was supposed to read in school but didn't for the Popsugar challenge.
How do you like it? So far I like it but I'm not loving it.
What is on your list next? Still Alice. Should be getting it by next week from the library.
GTKY favorite summer activity? Swimming and going to baseball games.
Currently reading a very loooooong book about Marco Polo ( just watched the miniseries and wanted to learn more about him and that period of history).
No idea what number book it is, maybe the 15th book for the year?
This book is definitely full of details. On the whole I like it but I have skimmed some sections.
Next up is whatever comes up on my library holds list. I just added about a dozen books.
Gtky: spending the day at the coast (about 90 min from home)...walking the beach, hiking nearby forests, checking out cute beach towns and eating fresh local food.

What are you reading? The Golem and the Jinni and Yes, Please! What number is it for the year? Does it count towards a goal? I think 9 and 10. I set my goodreads goal at 15 but am hoping to make 20. How do you like it? I like them both. I wish I had gotten The Golem and the Jinni in time for the read along but there was a wait list at the library. What is on your list next? I'm waiting to get The Demon King back from the library. It was due right when I was really getting into it! I feel like my reading time is limited and then all my books always come up at the same time!
GTKY favorite summer activity? Go for walks on nice days or relaxing at the pool.
What are you reading? Station Eleven - I'm annoyed I paid for this on Kindle and Audible because it's going to be a quick, 2 day read. Waste of an Audible credit. I'm really loving the book so far at 45% - I'm excited to see where it goes.
Thanks for the Memories, Mr. President by: Helen Thomas - I'm really liking her stories. This should have been a quick one day read, but I'm struggling to get past Reagan. I lent this to my MIL for a road trip and will knock out the last 100 pages when she returns.
What number is it for the year? Does it count towards a goal? 27 - I'm past my goal of 24. My goal now is to beat 44 (my all time high)
How do you like it? - I'm really loving it.
What is on your list next? - Curious Incident with a Dog - I feel like I'm the only person who hasn't read it. It's mentioned all the time in casual conversation here that I want to get on the same page. I have to pick it up at the library today.

I'm reading Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood. It's pretty good. Not sure what number it is. Probably somewhere between 25-35. I don't have goals, but I always have another on deck.
Next is Still Alice for the book club. I might read Coal Miner's Daughter by Loretta Lynn as well.
I'm currently reading the firebird by Susanna kearsely. It's very good so far. I'm about 75% in and it is holding my interest. I wish I hadmore time. I think I will go to my doctors appt early today so I can read. I just can't at home. I don't know what is next yet. We will have to see what I have.
Hi, I'm new to this board but I love reading and getting book recommendations so thought I'd jump in
What are you reading? Eleanor and Park
What number is it for the year? Does it count towards a goal? I don't keep track. I just always have 1-2 books going at a time. Some months I cruise through a bunch and other times I'm lucky to finish one in a month
How do you like it? It's good so far, I'm only like 10% in. It's definitely holding my attention though!
What is on your list next? To finish Anne of Green Gables and Man's Search for Meaning, I'm like halfway through both of them.
What are you reading? A really horrible smut that I don't want to admit to and Angelfall. What number is it for the year? Does it count towards a goal? 34 and 35. The smut counts toward my total but not towards my reading challenge. I'm hoping to read the Penryn and End of Days series for my trilogy. How do you like it? The smut is just smut. I'm reading it for you know, mood. I like Angelfall, but I don't think it's as good as I hoped it would be. What is on your list next? Too many things think about now! I really want to read Armada but Amazon cancelled my order!
GTKY favorite summer activity? Swimming in the pool
