It's the new recommendations for how much sleep you need at different ages. Also it makes me a little sad to see our kiddos are no longer considered toddlers!

Right now I would say Aubrey is definitely not getting enough sleep. She probably gets around 10 at night but she won't nap during the day and I can tell she is still tired. I wish I could get at least one hour of nap time for her. I think she would feel better with a little more sleep.
Hmm I guess we're in the middle: 10-11hrs at night, and 1.5ish hrs nap. However, she is not sleeping through the night so I don't think that counts? She wakes 2-3x/night and tells me she's tired during the day
Looks like both kids fall within their ranges. With a nap, Kayleigh gets about 10-11 hours (9 hours at night). Andrew gets about 13 (12 hours at night). H and I are below our ranges...
If everything goes as planned then we are all within range. Patrick sleeps 10-11 at night and 1-2 for nap. I usually get 8 if I go to bed on time. H is different. He usually gets enough but has some insomnia issues every once in a while. I would say on average he gets 6-7 a night.
I would say everything goes as planned 5/7 days a week.

During my work days she gets 9-9.5 and she may or may not take a nap at daycare anymore - it's hit or miss. So she is just under, no surprise. Weekends I let her sleep in a bit more but she probably is up later 1 -2 night as well and definitely won't nap unless it's a car/short thing so we might max out at 10 hours. I wish it was more - but what can you do. H gets 7 max a night when working, I get 6 broken hours due to being a light sleeper and everyone getting up at various times. I used my Fitbit to track for a while and it was sad sad sad.
I would say Hanna is right on track. She still gets a nap at DC, probably around 1-1.5 hours and she is sleeping a minimum of 10 hours a night. On the weekends when she takes a longer nap we just push back bedtime, or if she doesn't nap she goes to bed sooner.
Eliza is definitely not as great. She has greatly improved MOTN, but lately it's getting harder to get her down. So she's not going to sleep until around 930 and is up around 645. And there are some days that she only takes 1 nap at DC of about 1-1.5 hours and even some days where it's a nap of 45 minutes. So she's on the very minimum range.
