STM- Herniated belly buttons?

Hey Momma's! I was wondering if there were any STM(+) that had a herniated belly button before going into their second pregnancy? I'm only 14 weeks right now and my belly button is completely popped, all of the way! I'm just a little afraid of how much worse it can get, seeing as I have 6+ months left. If anyone has had this, have they had any physical issues, or pain?
