What activities have you been up to? None, zero, nada. *hangs head in shame* I don't even have a good excuse for it. I've been sailing, can that count as an activity? At least it's a form of sport
What are your goals for the next week? We are gonna be at FILs so we should get at least one good hike in, weather permitting. Fx I can get back to the gym this weekend.
GTKY: what's your favorite healthy snack? Banan w PB, or just all the tomatoes!
I have a health food question/concern. I've been hearing a lot about the benefits of coconut oil so I got it. I used it today with my eggs and it was not what I was expecting when I opened it up. So I read on webmd that it's really no better than butter and worse than vegetable oil. So why did I even buy it? Convince me that coconut oil is better to use or give me alternate uses for it (bc let's be honest: butter is a lot tastier and I'd rather use less butter... for the flavor).
Great for hair hydration. I used to do a 24-72 hour olive oil treatment (wash hair with shampoo from root to tip, pour on olive oil, braid, more olive oil, up in a Banana clip for 24 hours/as long as you can stand/until you feel the maximum amount of oil has been absorbed). Now I use coconut oil instead. It's not quite as effective as olive oil but smells a hell of a lot better.
I want to try this.... my hair is longer than it's been in a long time and the ends are SOSing.

It's good for particular dishes, mainly candy things like magic shell. I use it as boob ointment and lotion for me and LO (nice for baby massage). I've read it can be used as diaper ointment for thrush related diaper rash, but it was a hippy site. Supposedly it can help prevent thrush as a boob cream. Again hippy site told me that.
I already need a re-do on today's eating. Oops. BUT. I'm cleaning out the fridge/pantry and going grocery shopping with a meal plan list, and I'm going to the gym at 4 when the PM gym care opens.

I managed to do a session of the 30 Day Shred. It feels sad that even with having a 20lb baby, 5lb weights felt heavy. I'm so not used to doing anything.

My most frequent use for it is burns. Sunburns included. Rub some on ASAP and the next day it hardly hurts at all.
