I have a FFC and it's flammable. I have a friend whose going finally starting the divorce process. My confession is I'm annoyed with all of her crying over it. He hasn't lived at home or in the same state for 2.5 years. He had a kid with another woman 1.5 years ago and just had baby number 2 with the other woman Saturday. I just can't understand why it's taken so long or why she's so shocked he really isn't coming home. I'm trying to keep her occupied and I listen to her when she wants to talk about it.
songbirdsinging55 congratulations!!! So happy for you! MsNicole06 that sounds super annoying, it would be hard to listen to someone like that when it seems to have been over for a while
MsNicole06 that does sound annoying. I will say that I have been divorced, and even though it was a long time coming and I'm the one who filed, there's still something sad about the finality of it. She might just be grieving the loss of hope. It's wonderful that you are there for her, and hopefully she'll get her tears out and move on as she should. He sounds like a major douche rocket.

zengal I agree it's the loss of hope. I remember going through my divorce so I'm trying to keep it in mind. I just struggle understanding the holding on for this long. I'm guessing it's because I had the courage to leave my ex. Thankfully DH has been awesome with understanding i need to be there for her.
MsNicole06 yeah another divorcee over here. Totally annoying but it should hopefully pass soon. Once it's finalized and there's full closure hopefully she is better
songbirdsinging55 yes I will sing or play music and that helps but he isn't fussing for no reason it's definitely teeth.
I have never changed so many bibs. I have him Motrin and he seems better so yay for that. He is already bathed and in pajamas while we are out at a restaurant. Hoping he will just be so tired he sleeps all night
LO and I are eating frozen pizza (crust for her) and watching say yes to the dress. H won't be home until after bedtime and I'm DONE.
This is a perfect evening! Friday bride-day, complete with pizza...you're teaching your little girl right, is what you're doing. I hope it's just what you needed.
