Baby is in bed and I cleaned up and am folding laundry. H is working late and then leaving tomorrow. I am trying to wait up for him but think I'm throwing in the towel soon.
zengal oh the shirt in all its ugly glory!! My H still wears really ugly cargo shorts but I don't have the heart to tell him not to! MsNicole06 what snacks did you end up packing?
Grumpy husbands are exausting, I really don't have time or energy or will to cheer him up these days.

zengal - I'll go ahead and giggle over the shirt. I like a good skater tee on occasion, but the spilled paint look is killing me on this one! Kind of makes me think of a hipster trying too hard to be hip(star).

zengal, my first thought was "where did all the blood come from?" it looks like you cut up some piece of really juicy meat with a cleaver.
MsNicole06, holy moley!! I don't even do that! H is on his own for breakfast and lunch. I keep cereal, milk, bread, and lunchmeat stocked and he's welcome to leftovers. Good luck with the veggies... I know how that goes.
H working second shift sucks. It took an hour and a half to get M to bed tonight. I lost count of how many times he bit me while he was nursing. I've asked H to do "wake up" routine tomorrow. Not nearly as hard, but maybe I can pee before I change two diapers like happened this morning?
kfaye he is getting fruit and some baked pretzel chips. I will be sending him vegetables soon and he can eat them or go hungry. Thankfully he'll eat peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers in salad so his salads are more than just lettuce and grilled chicken. He just can't seam to eat them plain.
zengal and wildflower810 peeing luckily was a low priority for me because I only slip out when I have an aid or a break during the school year.
wildflower810 DH did bake his chicken and sauté his papers for two of the days. I made the whole grain pasta salad (boy is he going to learn portion control) plucked grapes, made jello and then divided it all out. I've got to wash all the lettuce today. When you make your own lunches it's not hard to make a second lunch. Normally I would do this all on Sunday while DD naps and DH watches the Indy car race.
I also hard boiled eggs for breakfast for him and made muffins for me. I enjoy cooking and its a great way to get kid free time.
@spitaltheory thanks for the link I'll check it out. I know DH will get sick of hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
Him being on a diet is hard as I'm trying to be supportive. I'm working on a whole family lifestyle change. I've been blessed with an extremely high metabolism so I can eat carbs every day and be fine, DH cannot. I'm trying to start the healthy balance of good food and junk food so in the event DD takes after her father she'll learn portions control and healthy eating early. MIL used to get DH and BIL Big Macs and French fries as after school snacks.
MsNicole06 I was pregnant during student teaching, and had to pee every 5 seconds but couldn't. It really sucked, I never realized that being a teacher also meant never getting to go to the bathroom!
