Hi ladies!
I'm a lurker who followed you all over to PB because there was no way I was going to continue on THAT site when all of the knowledge is over here now! I'd been lurking the IF board just waiting to intro until I was out of my last 2ww before moving to IVF. Not surprinsingly, our 4th, and last, IUI attempt was unsuccessful, so we now have our IVF consults scheduled.
I had bookmarked so many of your discussions on thedump for the info they contained. At midnight one night, I was frantically copying all of that info so I didn't lose it when everyone left! I think my RE is going to hate me for all of the questions I now have for him! I'd love to be a part of your new home over here, and lend what support I can, as well as gain knowledge from you ladies, who seem to brim over with it.
I hope it's ok to pose a question in my intro post.
My current RE partners with WIN Fertility. My RE does not partner with ARC, nor does he offer any shared risk/multiple cycle discounts, etc., although the other two RE offices in my city do. Although I feel very comfortable with my RE, I am also meeting with the other two RE offices to discuss financial options (I am OOP).
So my question to you is: do any of you work with ARC or do any of the shared risk programs and what are your opinions of them?
TIA for your thoughts. I'm really looking forward to getting to know you all, and am sending my best wishes to you all as you go through this process.
