I came across this article while perusing the interwebs today.

If the 50 state were people in a bar

I'm from Wisconsin, and not surprisingly, the description is spot-on. How about you? Does another state describe you more accurately?

Aside from the "not drinking" part, this is pretty accurate for Washington:
"Washington is a pale girl, very quiet and reluctant to be friendly to anyone except Oregon. She has glasses and a couple books, and isn’t drinking because she’s enjoying a cup of coffee she got from her favorite place on the way here. She loves hiking with her boyfriend and watching indie movies and documentaries on Netflix. She yells at New Jersey for throwing a napkin on the floor and not in the correct recycling bin."

Cause like, we have 80 million little craft breweries up here. It should be something like "isn't drinking because they don't have (obscure craft brew) she likes."

I am originally from CA, and the drought dig is pretty funny. Now I am in OH, and that is pretty spot on. Everyone is on the right side of average, they bitch about OH but no one really wants to leave.

I agree with Michigans, up until the bolded. I'm always telling people I meet that know I am from Detroit tons of great things about the city and State. If you are a true Detroiter, you don't need to try, you just know what they are.

I agree with Michigans, up until the bolded. I'm always telling people I meet that know I am from Detroit tons of great things about the city and State. If you are a true Detroiter, you don't need to try, you just know what they are.

Very true!  I think that depends on if you're from Southern Michigan or Northern  Michigan.  Northerners are scared of Detroit but "it does have so much potential!"

Wisconsin followed his gaze and, taking a swig from his bottle, nodded lightly, “We all have those.”

“It’s easy to find someone to have a good time with. Not so much to keep ‘em.” Kansas looked around at the packed bar. It was like the whole country had come out tonight. He furrowed his brow as he swept over Oklahoma pulling a third burger out of his bag. He didn’t realize that was allowed here. Or maybe it wasn’t and no one else had noticed. “I’ll be right back.”

He headed to the bathrooms, passing by Alaska, who’d likely been here since yesterday or better, and California, who he’d struck out with earlier that night. She was still drinking, but she wasn’t looking so great anymore, even without sober eyes. It was probably for the best she’d told him no.

He pushed the door open to come face-to-face with the only person he’d hoped not to see tonight: Missouri. Kansas tried to step aside to let the other guy out, but Missouri stepped forward quickly, purposefully slamming his shoulder into Kansas’. “You would still be following me, wouldn’t you?” he sneered, a cruel chuckle escaping from his lips.

Kansas didn’t even realize he could move so fast until his forearm was against Missouri’s chest, pushing him into the bathroom wall. “You shut the hell up and you leave me the hell alone. You better not be teaching KC to have a shitty attitude while you’re watching him.”

“Back the hell up, Kansas. KC and I are doing fantastic without you. Stop living in the goddamn past. It’s over, deal with it.” Missouri shoved Kansas off of him. “The court’ll see that KC’ll be better with me, anyway. You’re gonna have to accept that when this is all over, you’ll never see us again.” And with that, he swiftly threw open the door and stormed out.
