Hi my name is Jessica I am 26 years old. My husband and i have been trying for a child now for about a year and a half. Women usually know their bodies so after a year and half and nothing happened. I decided it was time to schedule an appointment at a fertility clinic to help us along on this journey. We have to do a bunch of different tests and I'm very nervous. My husband brought a sample of his seamen in and we got the call that his sperm count is very low and that made me very worried and upset, not at my husband because I know it's not his fault but just in general. Then there's me.... I don't get my period regularly so it's all over the place and I don't even know if I ovulate every month. So since I haven't had my period in 5 months and I'm not pregnant they gave me provera to make me get my period. I took the 10 pills and still nothing I'm going to wait another week and then call them and let them know to see that the next step would be. I'm so sad why is it the people who want to be parents more then anything in this world have the hardest times getting pregnant. So frustrating and I just found out that my brother and my sister n law are expecting and they just started trying recently. Is anyone else in the boat I am? I'm so lost and confused and it's hard for me and my husband/

Welcome. Sorry you're having trouble trying to get pregnant. I would definitely suggest signing up for fertility friend and begin temping to give you an idea what your body is doing. Also, make sure to read the newbie blog.

Also, this is bullshit. Just because you're having trouble doesn't mean people who didn't have as much trouble didn't want to be parents just as much as you do.
Welcome. I second the recommendation to read the Newbie blog. Temperature charting along with the use of OPKs can go a long way in helping to determine when/if you are ovulating.

Welcome. I'm sorry about your TTC trouble. I'll also echo what those before me have said about reading the newbie blog and beginning to temp and chart using FF. Good luck!
Welcome and good luck. You will learn a lot here, take the advice on temping if you haven't started yet. It really helps with understanding your cycle.
Welcome! I definitely recommend charting your basal body temperature daily - read up on it at fertilityfriend.com if this is new to you. I found it helped me learn a lot about my cycles and my body.
