I've been going through Emma's baby/toddler toys and am considering consigning some big stuff that she never really played with. However, since we will be fostering and will have lots of little ones come through our home, I don't want to get rid of something that might potentially get loved. I'm really only considering stuff that Emma never played with, but if something on my list was loved by your child will you let me know. I feel like some of them are great toys, they just weren't for Emma... And I don't want to sell something I should keep.
I'm considering selling: Little people playground, doll house and car. Strider balance bike Power wheels small toddler 4 wheeler Popcorn popper push toy Baby doll cradle and car seat carrier thing Leapfrog animal mash-up The little shape sorter ball Baby size basket ball hoop Pegs manipulative set
One or both of my girls loved the following: Little people playground, doll house and car. Power wheels small toddler 4 wheeler Popcorn popper push toy Baby doll cradle and car seat carrier thing The little shape sorter ball Baby size basket ball hoop
Dylan loves to play with power wheels wheeler, popcorn popper, and little people, dollhouse, and car. He used the shape shorter when younger quite a bit.

Thanks
Dagny loves her Little People stuff & still plays with it - honestly I plan on hanging onto some of this stuff for grandkids! I feel like a shape sorter is always good to have if you don't have another & a lot of kids would probably like the baby basketball goal.
Kayleigh loved her shape sorter. She also loved the popcorn push toy, and her baby doll cradle/car seat (though this is more recent as she got older). And she loves her basketball set.
I think you can probably get rid of things if you have similar items - if you have a dollhouse type thing get rid of the little people. Tommy just loves little guys to play with. He does that with his legos now, but when he was younger he used the little people. We have it in storage for another child. Shape sorters are always good, but get rid of one if you have another one.
Abby loves the playground but she doesn't always use little people on it - she will use any small figurine including animals.
She also loved the baby car seat carrier, but I think a big part of that was because she was imitating me carrying Jack. She still uses it.
Jack is obsessed with the popcorn popper every time we see one at Walmart or target but there is no way I would want one in my house. It would drive me BSC.

Tyler LOVES his people and animals from Little People. He also loved the popcorn popper and the strider bike. Also, for a while he loved the leap frog animal mash up.

Riley also still plays with her LP stuff quite a bit, but not as much as I thought she would. We didn't have the shape sorter ball, but we did have a shape sorter toy (a cookie jar) and she used it quite a bit.
I'm currently in a de-cluttering mood at home, so honestly if space/storage is an issue I would get rid of them. As long as you have other options for the child, they will not know any different! Toys seem to multiply overnight at our house (thanks, Mom) and it's much easier to pick up when you keep them to a minimum.
babywinks, that's a good point about the carrier. Emma might be more into it once we have other babies around the house and I'm using one. Also, yes, cbear. The popcorn popper drives me bananas. I'm pretty sure it's gonna go.
I've always been so sad Emma didn't play with the little people! I'm happy to hear another kid might. I remember LOVING mine as a child, granted they were way cooler back then.
Thanks for all the input!! I think the short sorter ball may go, but I'll keep the shape sorter bucket since its a little more child friendly. Popcorn popper is out of here, for my sake not theirs. I'll probably sell the animal mash up too, it's also kind of annoying...
I guess I'll keep everything else and stick it in storage. Luckily we have a huge closet in the baby room.
Tommy never had the popper bc I just couldn't but there are a few at daycare. We are usually the first ones there and I've caught the teacher hiding them on occasion. One day she's says "I just can't deal with them today!!!" Haha
