I sub some ingredients. I use: steel cut oats, unsweetened almond milk, coconut oil, not the full amount of brown sugar. Last week I added a mashed banana which was yummy.

M: Leftover beef stew from yesterday/ salad T: Oven roasted split chicken breast and salad (apples, radishes, lemon dressing) W: Veggie pasta (mixed veggies from the fridge + WF 365 roasted garlic tomato sauce) T: Sausage, bean, kale soup F: TBD - preggo craving give in day

It makes 5 servings (adult). So I make one batch for me for the entire week. It holds up pretty well.
